Staying at Sophie & Bruno’s place was like staying with friends. The location was perfect for us, outside the city but easy access to the tram to get into Bordeaux or by car to the surrounding area. Three great double bedrooms with ensuite rooms, all air conditioned. We had a terrace to sit outside and eat breakfast. Sophie has an amazing address book for restaurants and we ate out very well each night (La Table de Decanteur (local resto with amazing wine), Zephirine, Ressources (both amazing restaurants, easy to reach by tram) and La Cor(o)niche by the Bassin d’Arcachon). There are plenty of local shops in Le Bouscat easily accessible on foot. We will definitely stay with Sophie again if we’re in Bordeaux, it’s nice to be out of the heat of the city. Sophie & Bruno are very welcoming and make you feel very much at home, nothing is too much trouble. I think my favourite Airbnb to date.

La maison est incroyable avec de très belles prestations notamment la piscine intérieure et le jacuzzi. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis. Les enfants et les adultes ont pu profiter du billard. Nous recommanderons cette adresse. Merci beaucoup.

Honestly one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed at we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely gorgeous and serene. There is a calmness to the area and everything in the house made it so easy. Our family had a magical time here and Jil was incredible. So helpful and kind. It was like visiting and staying at an old friend’s. The town was beautiful with very friendly people. Jil and Thomas have thought of everything you might need to the stereo system outside to the bbq and electric shutters for a perfect night sleep. We can’t wait to come back again and make it a tradition to stay here! 😍

Nathalie and Tim were such extraordinary hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home! The house itself is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. We were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and the pool all day and watch the sunset from our patio each evening. Such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The best part was how well taken care of we felt all week. Nathalie helped organize a tour of local vineyards, scheduled a wine tasting by the pool, and cooked dinner for us all on 2 evenings. She also had great local restaurant and market recommendations! We also loved our morning chocolatines and croissants! They were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the trip - delivering bottles of wine when we ran short, lending us a pot so that we could cook a big stew one night, and even working a miracle helping me removing a grenadine stain from a white dress I bought at a local market. I can’t recommend this wonderful home enough!

The house is stunning and even better than the photos! It’s designed beautifully with lots of thoughtful touches and has so much space. We loved so much about our stay - the swimming pool, the garden, eating big family meals around the tables, and it was the perfect place to stay! We are already talking about when we will come back! Patricia was also the perfect host, thank you for everything!

Nathalie and Hubert were very kind and friendly. The place was pristine, beautiful and relaxing. You have to hire a car to visit places in Bordeaux but Hubert provided many great suggestions of local wineries and things to do. He was always responsive and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Bordeaux.

Quelle belle découverte ! Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour à la Ferme du Moulin de Paillères, située sur un domaine magnifique. Myriam, notre très sympathique hôtesse, nous a accueillis très chaleureusement et nous avons été ravis de pouvoir discuter avec elle tout au long de notre séjour. Merci encore pour les petites attentions de bienvenue. Le gîte est superbe, spacieux, très bien agencé et équipé ainsi que décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons pu profiter de la magnifique terrasse ombragée pour y déjeuner et dîner. Et que dire de la vue ? Exceptionnelle ! L’endroit est fabuleux et offre un dépaysement total. Amoureux de la nature et du calme, nous avons été comblés. La grande et belle piscine située à quelques mètres du gîte, avec également une très belle vue, nous a également procuré de bons moments de détente. C’est assurément une de nos meilleures locations AirBnB. Toute la famille a été conquise. Nous la recommandons chaleureusement.

Moment de détente garanti dans cet environnement calme et paisible en pleine nature, à proximité du Parc naturel régional des Landes de Gascogne. Dans cette belle et grande maison, le calme, les hauts plafonds et la grande verranda favorisent l'évasion sans bouger du salon. Malgré la fraîcheur des températures, nous avons également profité de la piscine très bien exposée. Merci beaucoup Éric, pour cet instant suspendu où toute notre famille a profité pour se régénérer. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Audrey a été réactive et a accepté notre demande de pouvoir arriver en avance. Le logement est fonctionnel et décoré avec soin. Il pleuvait, donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse mais la vue sur les vignes est magnifique. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Comme toujours avec Joelle le séjour se passe à merveille merci à elle pour sa gentillesse , sa disponibilité et les lieux qui propose un logement de qualité. Au plaisir de revenir à Monségur et y séjourner à nouveau !

È stato un bellissimo fine di settimana da Jean-Charles e Elodie ! Il airbnb è come un bel momento sospenso dentro un piccolo paradiso... dentro un bel edificio ristrutturato da Jean-Charles con un senso di rispetto della storia del luogo e di maniera tra tradizione e modernità, in mezzo la natura. Siamo stati tanto bene !

Delphine was a fantastic host! Being a large group, it’s always hard to find a suitable place but this was perfect. Watersports on our door step, and beautiful sunsets every night. As a host, Delphine was great… always answered my messages and helped when we had a huge storm that stopped the electrics for some hours! Thanks for a memorable stay!

Our stay at Remi’s place was beyond expectations. The property is beautiful (even better than photos) & all of the amenities are right where you need them. Our check-in time was flexible & were met at the gate when we arrived. Our room was in pristine condition, the kitchen was beautiful & we loved the little porch area where we could have our morning coffee. And the saltwater pool is amazing; perfect temp & all. We would definitely stay here again in the future & recommend it to anybody looking for a peaceful stay in the beautiful town of Portets.

Het huis is geweldig. Omzettend privé gelegen en alle rust en ruimte. De aankomst door het bospad is heel bijzonder en vanuit de poort kun je zo het fietspad opfietsen en leuke tochten maken. Het zwembad is super. Het huis is comfortabel en ook op warme dagen zeer koel. Olivier en Sheridan zijn heel gastvrije hosts en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. De 2 honden komen af en toe zich even laten zien. Ze zijn heel goed opgevoed en heel gezellig en ze zorgen voor wat entertainment. De bakkers in Villandraut zijn op de fiets (of met de auto) snel te bereiken. En ook qua supermarkten is er keuze genoeg op korte afstand. Wij hebben genoten, wij zullen met veel plezier aan deze vakantie in gite Gamachot terugdenken, zoveel rust, ruimte en privacy vindt je niet snel ergens anders. Dank jullie wel Olivier en Sheridan, misschien tot een volgende keer.

Sarah's cottage in the middle of the vineyard was a great place to stay. It is peaceful and the scenery was beautiful, while being convenient to many areas in the Bordeaux region. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Sarah and her apprentice, Samuel, were very friendly and accommodating. The wine tasting and tour were really interesting. We would definitely stay here again.

Maison parfaite! Propreté impeccable, équipée plus qu’il ne le faut, il y avait tout , surtout au niveau de la cuisine … un bonheur pour les fins gourmets que nous sommes ! Literie au top. Équipement pour bébé très bien. Environnement très calme, la vue sur les vignes depuis la cuisine est dépaysante. Hôte très réactif, un atout. Bref, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans le coin.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison reposante, apaisante. La maison est très spacieuse, ce qui est très confortable et chacun peut avoir des espaces de repos indépendants et isolés aussi bien a l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Cette bâtisse vaut vraiment d'être connue. Nina et Axel sont très organisés et efficaces pour donner toutes les consignes et de façon ultra rapide. Nous recommandons cette maison en pierres alliant charme et caractère.

Great place for exploring the Dordogne countryside and surrounding areas. The house with a nice outdoor terrace with dining table and seating allowing us to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area and to listen to the birdsong. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was well equipped and we lacked for nothing. We booked very late and Pauline was very helpful and accommodating of our requirements, and the communication was excellent with lots of suggestions of things to do and places to go.

Thank you for your hospitality, your place had everything we needed including the charm and serenity. The facilities were great however instructions for the TV would have helped and an information pack about the surrounding area, walks, restaurants, villages, coffee shops and super markets etc. obviously chat GPT helped us with this but some people might not be tech savvy. Our 3 nights were were very much enjoyed and although rural, we loved our time here.

Wij hebben het fantastisch gehad in deze ruime en sfeervolle boerderijwoning. Een geweldige locatie, heerlijk rustig en mooi gelegen. Genoten van de vogels en vlinders in de grote tuin. Echt een ideale plek om tot rust te komen. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Anne, een ontzettend leuke en vriendelijke gastvrouw. Je voelt je hier meer dan welkom. Als het aan ons ligt komen we graag nog eens terug.
