Il s'agit de l'étage de notre habitation qui est entièrement privatisé avec accès privé. Vous aurez donc votre parfaite intimité.

Located in the inner courtyard of our property, this cottage will welcome lovers of calm and nature. This old 18th century watermill, with its simple and authentic charm, is the perfect place to recharge your batteries away from the demands of the modern world. At the back of the building, you will find a terrace and a large private garden (not enclosed) of about 1500 m2 without any overlooking, bordered on one side by the river and protected on the other side by a wood.

The village is dominated by a high dungeon and its medieval garden that you can visit during the summer while enjoying panoramic views. Bazoges-en-Pareds welcomes visitors every year for its Medieval Nights several times during the summer period.

Porthos Cottage - 6 people

The Porthos cottage offers a large living room including equipped kitchen, living room, living room with flat screen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, with all the necessary dishes and equipment + on request conviviality device - raclette and fondue services), a bedroom on the ground floor with adjoining shower room, an outdoor terrace, a laundry room and a common games room (billiards...). The other bedrooms are upstairs.

Take a break and unwind at this peacefully charming detached cottage in private grounds with picturesque views. The gite is full of charm with character wooden beams and stone walls. Refreshingly cool in hot summer months and warm and cosy in cooler months. Outside boasts its own private pool (May till September, please request outside of these dates. Price will differ), bbq and dining area.

Gîte in a stone country house, located in a hamlet. The cottage, labeled "Clé Vacances" is located 5 km from Lake Rochereau 50 of the first beaches, 39 of Puy du Fou, and 45 of Marais Poitevin. To enjoy the outdoors, we provide garden furniture and a barbecue on a 40 m² terrace. You will have access to a one-hectare meadow with a private riverside walking trail. Fishermen are welcome.
