We have just completed our second stay at THIS cabin particularly because it’s exudes all of the nature feels, while still having the luxurious of a comfortable cozy home. We Enjoy the indoor/outdoor experience without compromising time together — this cabin has a scenic view of moving water, a friendly attentive host, clean, fully loaded kitchen, stocked firewood, and we find that this one SO far of all our stays, brings us the MOST peace when trying to unwind from our daily grind. One of the reassuring facts is that made us come back is that this Air B&b doesn’t try and fool you with glamorous photos.. when you walk in it’s exactly the way they’ve presented it. Smells good, it’s clean feeling.. everything is lovely, we will def be back again. Thank you Devin for welcoming us back another year.

I stayed here for 4 nights and had such a fun time. The house was beautiful and decorated so nicely, you can tell the owners really love their home. Stacy is a great communicator, her instructions and recommendations were easy to follow. Overall my friends and I had a great girls trip, I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Had a beautiful stay with my parents and sibling -- we loved watching movies on the large projector, cooking meals together in the lovely kitchen and taking in the serenity of the area. Michael was very responsive, and we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay in the Catskills!

Very cute and convenient stay. We had everything we needed and more. We would recommend this place to anyone desiring to get away and enjoy the Catskills.

This place is amazingggg. Such a perfect experience. I’m so glad I came here. I love it so much I ended up saying two extra days. I wanna keep it all to myself. I don’t even wanna tell you guys about it. 😂 this place really is as perfect as it looks. The beds are so comfortable, the view is amazing. The sounds are amazing. Everything is high quality. Heated floor and seat in bathroom. It’s so peaceful and private. There’s a Japanese style hot tub in the backyard that overlooks the river. And string lights thru the back yard. I love it SO much. Everything here is so intentional. Jenny did an amazing job with this place. And Jenny is so chill and fun. I don’t wanna Airbnb anywhere else - this place has ruined it for all other places 😂

This was the best BNB we have ever stayed at! Very clean, comfortable, private, and beautiful. You can tell thought was put into every detail. We didn't want to leave! The beds were very comfortable, we even ordered the same bedding with the BNB Cozy Earth discount code that was in the bedroom once we got home (Thank you, Meng!). The location was also great and not too far from anything with a lot of scenic natural beauty. We stopped at the North Branch Cider Mill nearby for coffee and some shopping and that's now my favorite stop in the Catskills! We hope to be back again soon. 10/10!

Such an awesome spot! BUT note this is a glampsite rather than a full house. The toilet is an outhouse (very clean, but make sure to duck to not hit your head), the shower is heated but it's outdoor, I didn't have soap or towels provided that I saw, and the bed is a tri-fold mattress that folds out onto the floor of the little A-frame. The wood fire hot tub was amazing, the fire pit is nice, there are two chairs included, parking is easy, there is good quality firewood here but bring something to light it with and start the burn. The sound of the running water is worth every penny. The cabin also is heated via some sort of gas, which does a great job and making the space feel cozy but I woke up with a pretty good sore throat. Not sure if that is a coincidence or if from the heater. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place! Just make sure the less earthy people in your group are not expecting a hotel room/house.

The cabin was great! Just what our group needed. Very clean and in a nice private location.

This was my third time booking this enchanting Norway Chalet. It became almost my home away from home. Close to Jersey, close to trailheads, private, quiet and a ton of amenities. The host is very responsive and goes out of his way to make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend it.

We had a really lovely stay at this cabin in Boiceville. It rained every day during our trip, but honestly, we didn’t mind—it made the space feel extra cozy. We spent our time relaxing indoors, reading, cooking, and just enjoying the slower pace. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still a short drive to Esopus Creek and Phoenicia, which we enjoyed exploring when the rain let up. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with, and everything about the stay went smoothly. If you’re looking for a calm, quiet retreat in the Catskills—even on rainy days—this spot is a great pick.

The Hideout was such an amazing place to stay and the A Frame was exactly what we were hoping for. It had everything we needed and Samantha was very communicative the whole time. A perfect weekend with the toddler and the dog!

Very nice house, good fishing and wildlife nearby. A little closer to the neighbors than expected, but overall a great place and would love to come back

Jeff and Sharon were wonderful hosts and the airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was clean, nice, and had great amenities. The creek in the back was beautiful. Jeff and Sharon were also available and responsive the entire stay. We couldn’t speak highly enough of this airbnb.

When I decided in February to take three weeks away from my home city to spend time in the mountains, I wasn't sure I'd come a place that ticked all the boxes: would let me bring my dog, was on top of hiking by not terrifically far from essential businesses, was within a 4-5 hour drive from home, had the comforts I knew I needed and-- would also let me bring my cat? What did I find? This total gem of a cabin. My animals and I were able to make ourselves comfortable, the views of the lush trees were instantly calming, the bed was super comfortable, and somehow even though it felt like the middle of no where, was a 30 min drive from so many beautiful villages, trailheads, and other Catskills goodness. Mark was super on top of communications, helped me out when I needed it, and made sure I had what we needed. Highly recommend a stay here-- can't beat the charm and being truly surrounded by stunning nature.

We had a fantastic weekend celebrating my wife’s birthday here. The home is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature—just what we needed. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We’d love to come back!

The cabin is beautiful and the perfect place to disconnect any time of year! It truly feels like a home away from home. We did run into a water issue during our stay, but Danielle took quick and thoughtful steps to resolve it and offered a very customer-centered solution. That really showed us how much she cares about her guests and takes her hosting responsibilities seriously. We had a wonderful time and definitely plan to be back soon!

Jill’s place was beautiful , cozy and unique. She was very accommodating with any questions we had, and the area had lots to offer. We drove through the mountains, checked out the historic Woodstock grounds, and went to many of the really cool breweries that were suggested. We also really enjoyed playing many of the records that she had while enjoying sunsets from the lake view of the house. Definitely would recommend and would love to come back for a visit

I absolutely had a lovely time at Pat & Kelley's bnb. It was situated right by the river stream and the deck at the back leads upto the stream with the sound of running water and birds greeting you at all times. I planned my proposal to my partner at that spot as well and Hannah, Pat and Kelly were instrumental in making it a success. I will always hold a special place in my heart for this stay. We loved our stay here and cannot wait to visit again, a path (slightly over grown at first-- be aware of ticks, but thats a given while hiking-- but still very manageable and opens up shortly) led us to a beautiful waterfall area and the state park leading to stairs and 2 more waterfalls. Totally walkable, and a gem to have in the backyard. The little touches made it feel above and beyond, toiletries, slippers, fire starters, umbrellas etc... Milford which is an adorable town is nearby and tons of waterfalls and hiking around. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the daybed where we enjoyed our morning coffee and nightly card game.

This is our second time staying at Jason and Sarissa's beautiful home. This time we brought good friends and our 6 month old. It was just as peaceful and charming as our last visit. The first time we stayed we experienced a early spring snow storm this time around we came for memorial day weekend. It was so nice to enjoy the deck and grill and enjoy more bird watching. We highly recommend their home and look forward to staying again.

The Nordic Cabin was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and the modern design, furnishings, and decor really stand out. Instructions of how to get into the cabin and the pitcures provided made check in and check out a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of white wine and a few treats were left for us. The kitchen offered different spices, oils, milk, and eggs. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, glasses, etc are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the cozy living room and slept well in the beautiful bedroom. Last, I have to say that the first time we opened the gate at night, after dinner in Warwick, and saw all of the outdoor lights on, really made it feel like we were entering an enchanted garden. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Kamil and Margaret!!

I know the area super well so have a good perspective on location and quality of available accommodation etc. Mark and Lori’s place was standout on all dimensions. Close to both Woodstock and Saugerties which is great for dining and social options. Location is safe, pretty, peaceful and convenient. The house itself is immaculate and charming with a lot of nice character touches. It’s well appointed, and even if you choose to dine in, they have supplied all that one could need. A special place and if I need accommodation again I would book in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Fil & Ellie’s place, it made it the highlight of our trip. From the minute we walked in, it felt so calm. The place is beautiful with all the amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, grill, fireplace. We’ve been to the Catskills countless times and this is the best experience due to the wonderful stay. Thank you!

Great cozy cabin in a perfect spot for Catskills exploration. Super close to places to eat in Phoenicia and surrounding area. Easy to find just off a main road but far enough away to be quiet. Very pleased, would book again.
