Escape to the countryside in this comfortable studio, ideally located 15 minutes from Maubeuge and 20 minutes from Val Joly, only 300 m from the greenway. Enjoy a quiet and green setting, perfect for relaxing while staying close to amenities. Private parking right next to the accommodation. Fully self-contained studio, with linen (sheets, towels) and hygiene products provided. When you arrive, everything is ready: all you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy!

The mezzanine bedroom has a double bed and access to the shower room. The accommodation is equipped with a laundry room with fridge, microwave, washing machine.
