The apartment located on the second floor (no elevator) of our house with independent access is composed of a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a small bathroom and a living room. It is located in the heart of Bernay in a very quiet street, 7 minutes' walk from the train station connecting Paris, Rouen and Deauville, and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant little town with Norman half-timbering, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast (Deauville and Honfleur).

Location: 1.5 hours from Paris, 1 hour from the Côte Fleurie, Brionne train station 600 m Small independent house on my property comprising on the ground floor kitchenette area with dining table, sofa bed (2-seater), and toilet. Upstairs bathroom and one bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190. The staircase to the upstairs is steep so it can be difficult for the elderly. In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
