Very nice hosting! New, modern and very clean rental. The little alleys are nice. We couldn't get the TV to work but it wasn't a big deal. Morgan is a really good host, I would recommend. Melanie and Nicolas.

accommodation perfectly matching my expectations, right next to the Clermont Ferrand medical school, on foot in less than 10 minutes, accessible by public transport by bus , I was able to peacefully carry out my 3 days of university training. The studio is comfortable, clean, bright and quiet . I enjoyed having a bakery nearby for snacks , enjoyed being able to have lunch in the studio , and being able to go out to the cinema in the evening, and be able to get back by bus / or tram. I'll be back in a month.

Céline is a very pleasant, smiling and kind host. Very clear information from start to finish. Impeccable accommodation, very well equipped, very clean in a very quiet residence. Very nice parking space. A property to remember.
