Chez Charlie is a former vintner house (160 m2), located in a quiet village lying on the edge of a striking hillside 11 kilometres (just under 7.5 miles) away from Beaune. Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

My cottage is close to downtown. You will appreciate it for its modern comfort. it is great for couples and families with kids. It has a courtyard and a large private garden, which I leave at guests' disposal. An independent WIFI network is installed in the cottage. Your car can stay in the courtyard closed by a gate, throughout the stay if you so wish.

Gite de la Fée Haute standing for 10 people

17 th -century house with a lot of character, if you like old stones, old parquet floors, this is the place for you. 2 parking spaces at the bottom of the house. Renovation carried out in 2017 with taste, noble materials. The small plus are the large south-facing terrace, the calm of the place and the immediate access to the city center on foot. Sleeps 10.
