Sylvain's apartment has fully met our expectations. It's a beautiful and spacious apartment, which made us feel comfortable. With a larger family, the apartment is perfectly suited. Highly recommended, also given the many amenities. We had nothing too short.

We had a lovely stay. Good instructions to get into the apartment. Close to a public parking lot. Beautifully centrally located, beautiful view of the bridge with the saxophones and opposite the church and great view of the Citadel. Everything is within walking distance, including the Leffe museum and the caves and of course the cozy center. A visit to Bastogne and the Achouffe beer brewery in Houffalize from here is also definitely worth it.

perfect location right by the water only 5/10 mins into the heart of Dinant. The place was so clean and really clear instructions sent how to access the property and garage made this such an easy and great experience. This was my first night in Europe after driving from the UK and couldn't have asked for a better night sleep and location! thanks Benoit!

Very pleasant, responsive, accommodating host. Very clean accommodation, close to Dinant, beautiful hikes to do starting from the village. We had a very good weekend with good weather. We were also able to enjoy the terrace. Very quiet place. We recommend it.

Regarding the accommodation, you can't find better. Clean, tastefully decorated, large and very beautiful room, beautiful bathroom with everything you need and a super well-equipped kitchen. We were able to put the motorcycles in their private courtyard. we thank them warmly for their welcome and for their assistance to a friend who had health problems. many thanks to Sandra and her husband. we will come back without hesitation.

A peaceful harbor. If you like nature and tranquility, you are in the right place. The accommodation is large, clean and well decorated. The big plus is the large bay window in the kitchen that gives the impression of being outside. Beautiful garden. Excellent welcome by the owner and plenty of tips for visits to the surroundings. I highly recommend this little paradise.

We had a pleasant stay at Bern. The accommodation is more beautiful in reality than in the photos. We were very well received by Bern. The check-in instructions were clear with the parking space right in front of the door. The accommodation is very close to the main highways, ideal for easily taking the road and visiting all the beautiful cities of the country. Bern took the time to show us with dedication the places to visit either on foot or by car. He helped us every morning to organize our walks in the most beautiful places in Belgium. I thank him very much for this patience. The neighborhood is very quiet and especially safe. The house is furnished with a lot of elegance and taste. Had a wonderful weekend with two friends. The cottage is equipped with every comfort, very completely furnished. The location is wonderfully quiet, yet reasonably close to amenities such as supermarkets etc. In the area you can walk well. The hot tub is what makes this stay really fantastic. Host Annick takes extra care to ensure that it stays at the right temperature. Annick is super friendly and very clear and quick in communication via chat. Highly recommended!!!

Note that you are on a national road and therefore during the day, there is traffic noise😉. Recommended nonetheless!

Really beautiful place! Tastefully decorated, very clean, functional with all comforts. The kitchen and bathrooms are more than equipped. Lots of small touches are present in all rooms to make us feel really at home. Communication with Sarah goes very well, she responds quickly to our messages and tries to satisfy us as best as possible. We recommend ++++ and we will come back.
