Notre maison d'hôte s'appelle : la ferme saint pierre Drôme. Il y a votre gite et 2 suites de 50 m2. C'est situé dans l'ancienne ferme magnifique du 18e siecle. Votre gîte de 50m2, est complètement autonome ; Vous disposez aussi d'un espace sous une tonnelle pour déjeuner dehors. La piscine vous est accessible, dans un magnifique jardin avec vue sur le Vercors. Des ballades à pieds en sortant et sur le Vercors à 10 mn. Centre village à quelques minutes et gare tgv à 15mn.

Starting point for discovering the Vercors plateau and the Royans region, Hanging Houses in Pont-en-Royans, Thaïs and Choranche caves, paddle boat, aqueduct, white and green waterfalls in Sainte-Eulalie, Saint-Antoine Abbey, Postman Cheval's Palace, Léoncel, Col du Tourniol and many other hidden treasures in many small villages... In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

Le belvédère - Independent gîte

The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Renovated in September 2019, you can enjoy the garden, pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a crazy view. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classified ad sites, the calendar is always up to date. Attention: No WIFI, but 5G is available!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

Hunting Lodge

You enter through a gate reserved for you and after a short driveway and a terrace facing east A living room with a sitting area and sofa bed, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom – with a brand new 180 wide bed – with an adjoining shower room and a closet; Quiet and no neighbors opposite!! The pool is very close and you can enjoy the garden quietly. The brand new sofa bed from "La Maison du Canapé", 160 wide!!

"Le Meldène" vacation rental

Refurbished 50 m² apartment! Nice, welcoming, you can fully enjoy and relax with its spa and outdoor pool (in high season and heated if the need arises only for a certain period). Our pinball machine dates from 1975, it can be temperamental. We therefore do not guarantee proper operation (please contact us if this is the purpose of your booking). We will make every effort to ensure you have a pleasant stay!

This brand new studio has been delicately furnished with my artistic touch. That's it, the fiber is installed, good connection! Direct view of the small pool (to be shared) and the beautiful terrace (private). Even if the train passes nearby, it doesn't bother you at all! GITE IN MILEU NATURE

3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In a park of more than 3 hectares surrounded by woods, the house has a view to the southeast over the Vercors. Depending on the season, you will hear woodpeckers, cuckoos, owls, midwife toads... On the site, outside the owner's accommodation, there is only one gite. In the absence of neighbors, the park lends itself to naturism for practitioners.

A Little Happiness

Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, the price is per person and per night. Private covered terrace. Pool grill. Do not eat and drink in the room and on the sofa. No smoking inside. Pets not allowed. Any damage, breakage or theft will be reported to Airbnb. The apartment's configuration is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
