The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds site, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is available!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

This brand new studio has been delicately furnished and my touch. It's the fiber is installed, good connection! Direct view of the small pool (to share) and the beautiful terrace (private). Vacation rental classified 3 stars. In a park of more than 3 hectares surrounded by woods, the house overlooks the Vercors to the southeast. You will hear according to the green peak season, hello, owl, toddler... On the site outside the owner's accommodation there is only one cottage. In the absence of neighbors, the park lends itself to naturism for practicers.
