Holiday rentals with beach access in Beaussais-sur-Mer

Nothing but the view of the bay is worth the trip. Very quiet place. For those who like to take walks it's great. Very functional apartment with all basic appliances. Some guests will be able to find a TV missing. Contact with Agnes was only by mobile but that's enough.

We spent four days in Caroline's very nice studio! The view of the beach is very relaxing, easy access to the beach because it's at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional, well thought out, furnished. Caroline is very welcoming, she offers good recommendations! we'll be happy to go back!

Nice place right on the beach and near restaurants. Provided a pack and play for our toddler. Note two showers (no tub) but one toilet.

An exceptional place!! We had a wonderful weekend, the view is splendid, a real favorite... Lots of walks nearby, nice neighborhood, intra just next door... Nathalie's welcome is also great! We had a wonderful stay at Karine’s! The place is beautiful and close to the waterfront. A lovely flat where you can feel quickly at home, with everything you need provided.

We stayed at Odette's for a week. Laure and her team were very welcoming and gave us a lot of advice and recommendations, we thank them. We had a wonderful week and felt at home in this beautiful apartment, very well equipped, modern and very well located facing the sea with private access to the beach. (Note the very comfortable bedding and pillow, which is appreciable) the balcony is a big plus. We recommend and will not fail to book this apartment for a future stay in Saint Malo.

We highly recommend Didier’s flat and the neighbourhood. Didier was responsive and helpful with our questions and easy to get in touch with. His guidebook is a great resource and made it easy for us to shop, eat and sightsee. We can’t say enough about this area: very walkable, close to parks and beaches and some of the best shopping! The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Very clean and perfectly equipped accommodation for 4 couples. Very well located, in a subdivision. A little overlooked when you're on the terrace, but nothing too bad. Nathalie was very responsive to our request for a classic coffee maker (with filters). Ideally located accommodation to visit 10 km around many tourist places. Lancieux is also a pretty little town with several shops and access to the sea is indeed possible 10 minutes on foot. We had a great stay with friends and I think we will repeat the experience with our family. Thanks to Nathalie.

Excellent stay with family in Servane's house, who is a very kind and responsive host. The house is in every way faithful to the photos and description and located in a quiet and peaceful environment. The 2 sheep in the garden delighted the children ☺️

We had a lovely stay at Michèle's house. The house is perfectly located between the village center and the beaches. The sea view from the terrace of the other house is stunning and the calm is absolute! Michèle took great care of us and was always quick to respond. We recommend this house.

Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

We loved our stay in the apartment. It was perfect for us and very well located. It is a short walk from the ferry terminal and we were met by the kind Guylaine. We enjoyed the beach, the cafés, the micro zoo and a day trip to Dinard! Thanks Jean Pierre!
