Very clean place that fits perfectly with the listing published. The place is beautiful and quiet, very close to Lancieux, Dinard and Cap Frehel. Thanks to Nathalie for the advice she gave us on places to visit.

Very pleasant week's stay at the Etang Quihouas cottage, which we highly recommend. Welcome, cleanliness, comfort, exceptional amenities...Nothing is missing. So we are well at the cottage... And Marien, close to the house, is very responsive and ready to help us and let us enjoy his good strawberries of the moment... Only downside, the weather that did not allow us to enjoy the small flower garden and its great outdoor facilities. Address to remember and share.

We had a great time at Claudine's place. The accommodation is full of charm, very comfortable and very nice cleanliness in a beautiful setting! In the countryside while being close to shops and beaches less than 20 minutes away, the accommodation was very well located for us. We really enjoyed being able to enjoy the great variety of surrounding landscapes. We also really enjoyed our meeting with Claudine, a warm, available and discreet host.

Excellent stay, the house is functional, perfect with children or pets, beautiful fenced garden, quiet, very well equipped, clean, nicely decorated, close to the sea, walks and shops. I highly recommend it.

Have just enjoyed a wonderful time in this lovely home with its pretty private garden. Walkable to the village, beach and great restaurants, La Tchanquetas and Le Rusty. Sylvie was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended

Nothing but the view of the bay is worth the trip. Very quiet place. For those who like to take walks it's great. Very functional apartment with all basic appliances. Some guests will be able to find a TV missing. Contact with Agnes was only by mobile but that's enough.

We spent four days in Caroline's very nice studio! The view of the beach is very relaxing, easy access to the beach because it's at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional, well thought out, furnished. Caroline is very welcoming, she offers good recommendations! we'll be happy to go back!

Philip and Annette’s place was a great place to spend our 5 nights in Dinan. Situated in the middle of the Historic Centre everything is at your doorstep. They were excellent hosts allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to our messages. Also left lots of extras in the apartment to make our stay enjoyable including a bottle of wine snacks and all the condiments you need if you want to eat in. Lots of space comfortable bed great bathroom. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we go back to Dinan highly recommended!

We highly recommend Didier’s flat and the neighbourhood. Didier was responsive and helpful with our questions and easy to get in touch with. His guidebook is a great resource and made it easy for us to shop, eat and sightsee. We can’t say enough about this area: very walkable, close to parks and beaches and some of the best shopping! Very well located apartment, in the city center of Dinan. Very clean and functional! Nearby parking, cheap (about €5 per day). I highly recommend it for those who want to visit Dinan and its surroundings!

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

Well decorated, with a certain character. Very clean and equipped. 3 floors to climb anyway! Overall, I highly recommend, The loft is also very close to the beaches.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

We spent two nights in Léa's apartment. She had kindly provided a high chair for the baby. Great communication and anticipation of needs. Super comfy bedding. Small grocery store very appreciable. We highly recommend this address.
