Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. This magnificent old farmhouse, partly renovated, allows you to enjoy a completely renovated main house of 180m2 and an independent studio of 30m2. The 3ha land has a garden area, an interior courtyard that can accommodate 7 vehicles, a pasture with our 3 donkeys and a pond (not protected for children but far from the house). An outbuilding and a non-accessible barn complete the property. Beds for 11 adults, 2 children, 1 baby maximum
