Located 20 minutes from Chartres and 40 minutes from Orleans in a peaceful village with all shops 2 km away. The brand new accommodation is on a quiet, wooded lot where you will find our friendly dwarf goats in their enclosure. With direct access to the equestrian center and city stadium. The living room includes an equipped kitchen and a living room with sofa bed. Upstairs: a landing serving two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Charming renovated farmhouse with 3 donkeys

This beautiful old farmhouse, partly renovated, allows you to enjoy a completely renovated main house of 180m2 for 7 adults and 1child (+2nd child bed & 1 travel cot on request). The 3ha land has a garden area, a pergola, an interior courtyard where you can park up to 7 vehicles, a pasture with our 3 donkeys and a pond (unprotected for children but far from the house). An outbuilding and a non-accessible barn complete the property.

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the former bread oven of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to kayaking or fishing. The fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!
