A toddler bed is available on request. The bathroom, with natural light, is friendly and spacious with a walk-in shower. You can use W-LAN and underfloor heating throughout the apartment, electric shutters in the bedrooms and living rooms. In the basement there is a utility room for both apartments. Access to the apartment's own, furnished sun terrace with sunbathing area is given from the living room and both bedrooms.

The spacious house in Losheim am See invites you to relax. It has been completely renovated in 2016. Existing elements were carefully supplemented with new furnishings. The house has three bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom on the upper floor and a barrier-free bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is also accessible for disabled guests. Two living rooms and a dining room complete the ground floor. There is a balcony and a garden.

Our cozy loft apartment was extensively renovated in 2021, is about 60 m², with a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with comfortable couch and smart TV. The sleeping area can be reached via a small staircase. Directly below is another bedroom, in which there is a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a dressing table. Furthermore, there are two storage rooms where you can hang your laundry and store food.

Our house is the winner of the 2006 Farmhouse Competition.
