Una posizione unica: direttamente sulle sponde lago ma al contempo nel centro del borgo. È cosi garantito un comodo accesso a tutti i servizi primari: panetteria, gelateria, edicola, bar e ristoranti tutti a pochi metri.

Privatsphäre wird hier grossgeschrieben, denn als letztes Haus in der Strasse und direkt am Wald gelegen sind Sie ungestört - und trotzdem nur 10 Autominuten vom Zentrum Luganos entfernt.

Rustico La Tagliata

Il rustico La Tagliata è un'amabile casetta ticinese di circa 75 mq, arredata con semplicità, 2 camere (3 posti letto), ampio verde con giardino circostante molto rilassante. Parcheggio privato. Postazione smartworking sia interna che esterna con Wi-Fi. Per la bella stagione tavolo da pranzo esterno, lettini relax, un accogliente patio. Gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti. In inverno è riscaldata con termosifoni elettrici e un caldo camino a legna. Punto di partenza ideale per escursioni.

Magnifique is in Castagnola, Lugano's most desirable district, with view of the gulf and sunshine all day long. The centre can be reached on foot by walking along the lakeshore or the park, or by a few bus stops (which directly connects the flat with the station and the city centre). The flat has just been refurbished, has all the comforts, furnished with care and with artwork that makes it unique. The terrace has a spectacular view of the lake. Parking spaces can be reserved at the property.

Ruhiges Tessinerhaus mit Aussicht 10 km von Lugano

Modernes, ruhiges, neu renoviertes Tessiner Haus im pittoresken Ortskern von Torricella mit wunderschöner Aussicht ins Tal. Das Haus eignet sich sowohl für Familien als auch für ruhesuchende Induvidualreisende oder Paare. In einer Gehminute ist ein kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz zu finden. Auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist Torricella sehr gut erreichbar. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich in 200 m Entfernung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im unteren Teil des Dorfes.

Il Grottino

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due local: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

Appartamento a Comano (10 minuti da Lugano)
