In unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich das "Haus am See", eine Tauchbasis SAMsDIVING, das schöne Kloster Graefenthal, ein Naturschutzgebiet mit mehreren Seen und Wald. Auf der Niers kann man Kanu und Schlauchboot fahren. Das Freizeitbad "GochNess" mit Schwimmbad und Saunalandschaft mit Zugang zum See sind in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist ca 50 qm groß. Es gibt einen Wohn/Schlafbereich, eine ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer.

Op de begane grond vind je een royale slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een 1-persoonsbed. Op de eerste verdieping is een 2-persoonsbed in een aparte open ruimte. Het grote gazon is perfect voor een potje voetbal of badminton!

The landscape invites you to beautiful hikes and cycling tours. If you want a little more action, e.g. for the little ones, you are very well taken care of in the nearby Kernwasserwunderland. The cities of Kleve and Emmerich with a very nice Rhine promenade are very easy to reach on foot in 1 hour or by bike in 0.5 hours.

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.
