There are no neighbors; on the ground floor, there is the “Klabautermann” restaurant, a sauna (for a fee), and a secluded outdoor area with a beach chair and outdoor furniture. The sound of the sea will lull you to sleep!

The apartment is centrally located in the courtyard, surrounded by gardens, trees, and a real courtyard atmosphere. If you're lucky, you'll still find a breakfast egg in the chicken coop below.
