a great stay, my wife and I loved it! Everything is very nice, and of course the house is very cozy, Magela is an incredible host, as well as pleasant, super attentive to all the details, from leisure tips in the city to fruits from the orchard. The place is clean, organized and super cozy, with firewood available to light the stove... It was a great experience, really!

The apartment is very nice!!! Spacious and very complete! It has a very wide balcony, with barbecue, grill and skewers in good conservation for use. The Location of apto tbm is very good, close to the sea (1 block) and the center. Juliano gave all the instructions for the check in with the building's doorman and it was very nice to have extended our check out until night. Super recommend!!!!

We had a great experience on this Airbnb! The atmosphere is very nice and comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The apartment is well airy, spacious and is located in an excellent region, with easy access to everything we needed. In addition, the host was extremely helpful and easy to communicate, always available to help. We will certainly return in a next opportunity!

A Fabi wonderful, attentive and helpful host. Wonderful place, clean, full kitchen appliances and great state of use. The next beach and supermarket apartment can be reached on foot. Only the centrinho I found a little far away to walk, but by car it doesn't take 10 min. Parking of the building is easy to maneuver. As it was low season, both chekin and chekaut were very affordable. I definitely recommend the stay and would return.

The house is everything it shows in the photos and more. It is a residence that was certainly planned to live in, large spaces and a swimming pool with a great size for a family. Night lighting, a 10. Juliana was always communicative and attentive to what we needed. The place is very quiet, there are small shops nearby and in the rooms the silence is total to rest! We'll definitely be back someday!

Super quiet stay, impeccable cleanliness, with everything you need, good wifi signal, and the house is super complete. Carolina is a sweet person, always proactive, always showing concern if everything was okay, or if something was missing, a very humble person, if I need to, I will definitely return, as for the place, it is the noblest region of the city, close to the waterfront, a quiet and friendly neighborhood. I recommend it and sign below. It was a great experience!

Our stay at Casa Artemar was amazing, from the kind reception of Sebastião, super attentive, helpful and kind. Our arrival was smooth, with a very nice reception. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, close to markets, pharmacies and the beach, and you can do everything on foot. The house is a charm in itself, with art on the walls, with a large lawn that gives a special touch to the place. The place is cozy, with incredible energy, everything is designed to make guests feel good and at home. Thank you Sebastião and Camila, for the kind reception and kindness. We already miss this place, we will return more often, it was a wonderful stay! 🤍🙏🏽

What an amazing place! A true haven, calm, quiet, beautiful and impeccably organized. The pool is even more impressive in person than in the photos, a real invitation to relaxation. The hosts, Mara and Edson, were extremely attentive and kind, making our stay even more special. We had a small setback with the house refrigerator, but their response was quick and efficient; in addition, there was another refrigerator and a freezer in the kiosk that solved our problem immediately. Without a doubt, I intend to return, as the cost-benefit is exceptional. If I had to point out a "flaw," it would be that the place is even better than the photos show! Congratulations to the hosts for the impeccable service and the wonderful space they provide

Fairly spacious, airy and equipped apartment. The garage is great, holds off a large sedan. It is close to the molhes, edge of Mampituba and a few blocks from the sea. Inclusive you can see the sea of the balcony.

The apartment is great, photos as advertised, everything clean and organized. Excellent location, close to supermarkets, a few blocks from the sea. Close to Beira Mar Avenue, I went out for walks every morning. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Valesca is very polite, friendly, answered my questions. Torres is very beautiful. I recommend the apartment. I'll be back for sure.

Luciana served us every time we need to talk to her . Helpful and attentive. We arrived at the site and punctually it was there to pass on the keys. The place was clean and organized. Very quiet as we needed to rest. Easy location and close to Supermarket, shops and bakeries. Alias a bakery Vosso bread and wonderful (many tasty things and great service. Tb is close to the beach. We love the hammock on the balcony and great shower. Anyway, when possible we will go back. At the exit we needed to hand over the keys and once again it was very punctual. Thank you so much for your stay. We love everything and the city. I highly recommend it! An abration for you Luciana!!!

We stayed a week. Great place to rest. Practically empty beach. The host is always very attentive and ready to resolve any issue. The place is close to Torres and Capão for those who want. Safe for children and pets. Even though it was a small condominium, we had great privacy. We'll be back without a doubt!!
