On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a wardrobe area, and a bathroom. The first floor features three bedrooms: the Blue Room with its own en-suite bathroom, the Gold Room, the Rose Room, and an additional bathroom. On the second floor, you will find the Silver Room with its own bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large rooftop terrace. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and spacious wardrobes with plenty of storage space. A TV is available in every bedroom except the Rose Room. The living and dining area as well as the kitchen are also air-conditioned. For year-round comfort, the entire villa is equipped with central heating. All 4 bathrooms feature modern walk-in showers, a toilet, and a washbasin. For added convenience during longer stays, the villa also offers two washing machines and a dryer.
