Holiday rentals with a patio in Belhaven

Seaside is cozy, very clean and accurately described in the listing. Steve was a great host, very responsive, and very accommodating. The location is within easy walking distance of local restaurants, The Bean, shopping opportunities and the waterfront.

We loved watching a doe and a fawn each morning. The view was spectacular. The accommodations were wonderful. The place was clean. Loved that Celeste met us at our arrival. The covered parking garage was also a plus. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Wonderful stay, very peaceful

The space is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. It’s in a very quiet area, yet close enough by the downtown. There is plenty to do. We were in town for a high school graduation. I’m in love with the purpose behind the space, for cancer patients. It’s such a beautiful way to honor her sister Ellen. I would highly recommend it, I’ll check this before I look anywhere else for my next visit to my daughter.

We travel to eastern NC every year to vend at a local festival and always enjoy finding a new BnB to stay in. This location was excellent and is the perfect spot for 2-3 guests. Super clean and felt like home!

Tammy's house was WONDERFUL! It was well-decorated with nice furniture, nice linens and nice decorative touches (such as wall art and lamps). The couches and beds were comfortable and relaxing. The house included thoughtful amenities such as coffee pods, coffee creamer and toiletries. There were TVs and luggage racks in every room too! It was also incredibly clean. The backyard was awesome. You can tell that Tammy put a lot of thought and love into this home. FIVE STARS all around and I hope to come back someday!

This is the perfect little house for a weekend wedding in Washington. Great location. Easy to walk to the restaurant shops and waterfront. The house was very comfortable and have everything we needed. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Serendipity! It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. We had tickets to see The Lost Colony in Manteo, and this place was much more reasonable than staying in Manteo. The location can’t be beat. It’s right on the water, quiet and peaceful. It was also a short drive to downtown Edenton. Georgianne made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again!

We just spent the weekend here. Place is perfect for a relaxing stay. The house is super nice, clean and perfectly furnished. The hot tub is lush, awesome to relax and watch the stars ! Minimal light pollution. We took the kayaks out which we loved. Lots of places to explore! Overall an awesome place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to the hosts !

We enjoyed spending time with family, going to dinner, tubing on the boat, & hanging on the little “beach” area by the front of the house. Would definitely go back again!

We had an amazing time here! We celebrated my daughter’s college graduation with our family and friends. Not only did this beautiful home have enough room for everyone, but with so many amenities, everyone had things to do all day! The kids loved the paddle boarding and fishing while others lounged on the beach. The prefect setting for a wonderful family gathering, making memories together. Our host was responsive, kind incredibly helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better time!

We had a great stay. The home was beautiful , clean and was so welcoming. The surroundings were so peaceful from the yard, firepit and pier. They supplied everything we needed. We really enjoyed the private pier kayaking fishing and fixing smores around the firepit, we had the best time. She was a great hostess and answered back quickly to any questions we had. We had a great time. it was a beautiful place and would recommend to anyone

We absolutely adored this charming and beautifully appointed cottage. Tonyia has done a lovely and imaginative job of renovating and decorating this 18th century home. It has very lovely furnishings and a very cheery feel. The kitchen is quite cute and up to date. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The 2 full bathrooms are also spacious and extremely clean. The upstairs master bath vanity and sink is precious! In the back of the house there is lovely deck with a small grill, a patio table and a private driveway. We greatly enjoyed our stay in Tonyia’s Airbnb!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

My family & I had a great stay, beautiful home with everything we needed. Dawn was very responsive and helpful. We saw lots of deer and squirrels, moon over the river was beautiful. A great retreat after beach days and running around New Bern.

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!

Nice and inviting place. Despite the cold weather, the area is great for exploring historic landmarks and easy to get to other attractions and areas of business for the week.
