This house was absolutely impressive. My whole family was blown away by how beautiful this house was. It was so clean as well. I can't even begin to tell you about how wonderful the service was too. Lots of water included, mid-week cleaning, luggage delivery to airport, and so much more. Granddaughter could not get enough of this very nice pool. Highly recommend staying here

Loved our stay here. The house was comfortable and the bike provided were super useful. We loved the area too, even though it was outside of the main area, we ate at the cheap local restaurants and explored the south side. We also explored the North island which we would recommend to anyone planning a visit. Dianny was super kind and gave us a lot of advice. Overall a very pleasant stay and would love to visit again.

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

I cannot recommend Tina's home highly enough. From booking to checkout, the process was easy and seamless. The home is gorgeous and has everything you need and more. The view cannot be beat. The pool was refreshing after a day out snorkeling or into town or to Caye Caulker. Eva, the house manager, virtually acts as a personal concierge - seeing to everything you could possibly need at the house, tons of contacts for snorkeling, fishing, massages (at the dock) and restaurants. She met us as we docked and was available throughout our stay to ensure a wonderful visit to Belize. As noted in the description, the house is a 25-minute golf cart ride on, at times, an unpaved dirt road. It can be bumpy but overall it's definitely worth it. The beds were comfy, the A/C was a dream, and we cooked a few meals there and found everything we needed. We hated to leave but are grateful for the hospitality and beautiful place to visit. If you're considering a San Pedro visit, this is the place!

Very private at the end of the island, dock and pool were very nice features and appreciated the snorkeling gear and kayaks!

Prefect location ! Private but walkable distance to everywhere we needed to go ! Bikes were a plus . It was so cozy and we enjoyed the pool to cool off from the sun when we took a break from the beach . She was so amazing . Would recommend to anyone I know

Great spot for four adults. This is a little bit of a walk (10 mins) outside of the main town area, but it made for a very quiet and relaxing time when we were there. The beds were very comfortable, AC worked great, and the deck/pool was a wonderful spot to relax. We loved our time at on Caye Caulker and would stay at this spot again.

We booked very spontaneously as we had to cancel another location, because of its bad conditions. Bobbi reacted extremly fast and flexibly, was very warm, friendly and helpful, gave us a great welcome. We loved our appartment, it was so well equipped and very charmingly decorated. We had the best time there and can only highly recommend it. Great to have the pool and the bikes included as well. And, additional treat, there was a mixer in the kitchen, so we could make our own daiquiris with fresh mangos/papayas etc - loved it!

Tarpon Bay was everything we hoped for—and more. The photos and descriptions are spot-on, but the real experience is even better. From the moment we booked, Julie was incredibly communicative and helpful. When we arrived, Ara, her housekeeper, was waiting for us at the water taxi and made sure we were settled in. She was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and exactly what we were looking for. A bonus was having the hotel right across the street. We practically had the beach to ourselves the entire time. The hotel staff were all amazing, the food was delicious, and the drinks were even better. If you’re looking for something a little removed from the busier parts of town, this is the perfect spot. It’s a bit of a ride into San Pedro, and yes, the golf cart path can get a little bumpy—but that’s part of the adventure. Just be mindful of “mosquito hour” right at sunset if you’re riding back from town!

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

Wow! What a fantastic place! Everything you need to stay on the property and enjoy the sea, the pool, the scenery, in a private setting with a fully stocked kitchen and all appliances to make any meal you choose. With the wraparound deck, rooftop deck, and pool deck you can enjoy all the views. Especially loved the hammocks - on the deck and at the pool! Laying in the hammock in the evening staring up at the stars with the soft outdoor lighting was heaven. It is close enough to town to bike, walk or be picked up to enjoy the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Max picked us up at the ferry, took us to get groceries, and made sure we felt comfortable when we got there. He was always available when we asked or set up a time for ride into or from town. Max was friendly and helpful. We have stayed many places and this place had everything we loved about all of the other places wrapped into one. We were able to truly disconnect and enjoy this beautiful place.Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was absolutely perfect—cozy and full of that true Caribbean vibe. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk from everything, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the busy areas. Abner was a fantastic host, always available and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the sunrise from the terrace—it’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Don’t miss it! We highly recommend this place and would love to return. We had a group of 14 that stayed the week, it was amazing! Place is clean, communication is superb and location ideal! I can’t say enough about this place!!

This location requires a ferry to reach, but the location is peaceful and easy to navigate. Beautiful property that you will no doubt be able to just hangout and spend some relaxing time.

Loved that it was walking distance to the water taxi. It was close to the main street, but sits back where you get your seclusion. I'll definitely rent again when I come again to Belize.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is located in a quieter part of the island, which was perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. During our stay, we were able to use bicycles (free of charge), making it easy to get around the island. The host was very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions we had. The apartment was extremely clean and was cleaned again halfway through our stay. Additionally, it was well-equipped with plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. I would 100% recommend this place!

I can't say enough how great Bobbi was in accommodating my messed up travel schedule. We had an unusual travel group with 5 people on different airlines. My flight was actually cancelled. When I Iet Bobbi know I would not make it until later for her it was not big deal and helped my group get settled in. most had never travelled internationally before and loved the place!. This was my second time staying at OASI Apartment Rentals, and it won’t be my last! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was coming home. The property is absolutely stunning — lush, tropical landscaping surrounds the apartments, creating a peaceful, private oasis that perfectly matches the name. The grounds are beautifully maintained and full of vibrant plants and local charm. The apartments themselves are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It’s the perfect balance of cozy and functional, whether you’re lounging after a day of exploring or prepping a quick snack before heading out. The staff here are beyond wonderful — so friendly, warm, and always willing to help with anything you need. They truly go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and taken care of, and it really sets OASI apart. Caye Caulker itself is such a gem — great food everywhere you turn fresh seafood, local flavors, and beachy cocktails!

Godfrey communicated with us in advance and arranged pick up from airport to a restaurant (he had a few recommendations) and then being brought from restaurant to the cabin He was very friendly and welcoming The cabin was clean , nice wooden floors, comfortable bed , quite, felt nice with A/C We were able to heat up our breakfast in Mwave and made black coffee

Lloyd is such a friendly and welcoming host. Everything is quite easy when it comes to staying at his place. They also accept pets so my furry friends stayed too!
