This stay was absolutely beautiful. You can tell how much love and passion was put into crafting this place, as it shows in every single detail. The house is brand new, which is great because everything is spotless. I felt like I was staying in a designer boutique Hilton property. Not to mention the sunset views… omg. The owner/host is SO responsive and truly cares about you having a great stay. Her knowledge and connections on the island made our trip. Not only that, but the price is a STEAL for what you’re getting. Overall, this is a MUST stay if you’re in Caye Caulker. I will absolutely be back. Thank you, Angie, for the amazing hospitality and gorgeous stay.

Great location, very clean, ac works as it should. Water never ran out and was hot. Celvin was there for check in. I recommend staying there!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was absolutely perfect—cozy and full of that true Caribbean vibe. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk from everything, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the busy areas. Abner was a fantastic host, always available and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the sunrise from the terrace—it’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Don’t miss it! We highly recommend this place and would love to return. This was our third vacation in Belize but first time staying in Caye Caulker. We loved it! The people, the views, the food, the serenity….it’s all unmatched! This unit was perfect. View from the balcony was gorgeous. We even watched the sunrise! Perfectly peaceful! A pool and bar were only steps away. If you’re looking to relax, chill, and unwind this is the place! We’ll be back, very soon!

These were some of the best days of my life. Lucrecia and J have the place set up so well that I’m already thinking about when I can return. A ten second walk from the front door is Lucrecia’s restaurant, serving delicious, fresh, and local food in an unhurried cozy oceanfront setting. While you’re waiting for your food, you might walk another 5 seconds and be at S’s delightful bar, attached.

Vincent's place was amazing! Its proximity to the split was very convenient. The private beach in the back was beautiful and secluded. I read on the rooftop every morning. Vincent was extremely responsive, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay in Caye Caulker!

Have stayed with Sue several times, it’s a great place to stay, it’s on the water, great view and breeze and Sue is a great host, communicates well, place is clean and comfortable and you feel very safe and secure. Great pool is added bonus!! Will stay at Sue Casa again!

Blu Zen was amazing! Erica, Mark and Sudy made us feel right at home, answered all our questions and helped arrange transportation. The three pools were perfect, peaceful and clean, the condo spotless and beautiful. It was fun biking, hammocking, kayaking and being a short boat trip away from the southside. One highlight; Mark from the Blu Zen Sales Team came to our condo to cook a true Belizean meal for us, it was fantastic and a wonderful dining experience. We had the fish we caught, stewed chicken, beans and rice and bread pudding, so good! We also enjoyed dinner at the Happy Lobster (order the specials), The Lotus (onsite) and Elbas. We went on two excursions, full day snorkeling (Caveman) and spear fishing (Spear Shack) the water in Belize is so clear and the coral and creatures abundant. I would recommend the Blu Zen to anyone who wants to relax and slow down. The grounds, views and sunsets were amazing. One negative - the kitchen did not have any spices or dish soap.

Ricky was incredibly helpful with recommendations in the area both before check-in and during my stay. The house was super clean and organized. He responded to any questions I had in under 10 minutes and also assisted with airport transportation and general transportation needs. Overall, it was a real pleasure. I would suggest that if you choose this Airbnb, it might be a good idea to rent a vehicle to get around, especially if you’re not comfortable walking. Other than that, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay! Everything is as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. All was well appointed and made for a refreshing vacation! I would book here again and for reference I am a picky traveler. Lol

We really enjoyed our stay, the accommodation and facilities at Velentos (Barbara's house) we're fabulous and the staff incredibly helpful. The place was really clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well kitted out and we were pleased that the staff provided a large container of bottled water and ice cubes on arrival so we didn't need to go straight out. The location is great, it is very close to the airport but the small planes only operate in the daytime and are infrequent so didn't disturb us. I would recommend a golf buggy or bike to get around the island but you could walk everywhere if you'd prefer.

This was my second time staying at OASI Apartment Rentals, and it won’t be my last! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was coming home. The property is absolutely stunning — lush, tropical landscaping surrounds the apartments, creating a peaceful, private oasis that perfectly matches the name. The grounds are beautifully maintained and full of vibrant plants and local charm. The apartments themselves are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It’s the perfect balance of cozy and functional, whether you’re lounging after a day of exploring or prepping a quick snack before heading out. The staff here are beyond wonderful — so friendly, warm, and always willing to help with anything you need. They truly go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and taken care of, and it really sets OASI apart. Caye Caulker itself is such a gem — great food everywhere you turn fresh seafood, local flavors, and beachy cocktails!

Great space for the price. Awesome rooftop views. Reliable wi fi. Close to town but far enough awqy that it is peaceful at night.

We had a wonderful short stay at this cozy little Airbnb just 15 minutes from the airport in Belize City. It had all the amenities we needed for a quick, comfortable stay. We ordered takeout the night we arrived and loved being able to ride the provided bikes to breakfast at the Best Western nearby (their buffet is worth it!). One of the highlights was the in-house massage—Olga, the massage therapist recommended by the host, was incredible. She brought her own table and gave both my husband and me deeply relaxing massages right in the Airbnb. The host also connected us with a fantastic driver, David, who picked us up from the airport and brought us back at the end of our stay. Everything was smooth, convenient, and relaxing. Highly recommend this spot for anyone passing through Belize City!

This location is perfect for exploring Belize...my second stay here. The studio apartment is welcoming and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Will return again!

We had a fantastic stay with Hilary & Pike. The apartment was great, communication was easy and helpful, tour of the island in the buggy on arrival from Pike was brilliant, and the complimentary bikes were a lovely touch! Couldn’t recommend Hilary & Pike’s place enough!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is located in a quieter part of the island, which was perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. During our stay, we were able to use bicycles (free of charge), making it easy to get around the island. The host was very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions we had. The apartment was extremely clean and was cleaned again halfway through our stay. Additionally, it was well-equipped with plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. I would 100% recommend this place!

I enjoyed my stay

Great location and free bikes! Check in was easy and everything as described. We weren’t leaving the island till later in the day and we were allowed to check out late and use the pool for no extra charge which was great!

Frank is a wonderful host! He picked me up at the bus station, took me to a local pizzeria for me to get some takeout, and then showed me around all the local spots I can visit as I only had one day before leaving Belize City. He let me ride his bike around the city. On my day of departure, he dropped me off at the airport!

Loved staying here! We showed up a few hours early and Hilda was extremely accommodating. The only things I would say is that the place was fairly difficult to locate (even with the help of a local) and that at night the club next door made it pretty loud (we could literally feel the bass) but other than that it was in a super great location! About a 10min walk to lazy lizard (the split).
