House holiday rentals in Belize

It is a beautiful property. We booked the whole property for the six of us. I had the cabana closest to the water and early morning coffee on the veranda doesn’t get better! The dock was a lot of fun but as we hit a windy few days we couldn’t use their paddle board or canoe. My 9 year old grandchildren loved the splash pool and attempted to feed the many geckos and iguanas? We had a car which made shopping and sightseeing easier. The furnishings and appliances were upscale but not fussy. Beds and pillows were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Anyone we saw was very friendly and we felt safe. I wished we’d had longer!

We loved staying at the Hidden Gem. Great location, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space yet felt cozy. This was our second visit to Caye Caulker and from now on this is where we will stay. The host was very communicative and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location is walking distance to everything yet felt peaceful and quiet. Loved having the pool as well!

The location turned out to be a bit farther than I had expected, especially when I was craving some food. I had hoped for easier access to the ocean, but unfortunately, that wasn't quite the case. The view was lovely, from the patio deck, although you could not dip your feet in or just lounge around the ocean. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the space. The bathroom seemed to be a self-cleaning toilet, but it didn't quite meet my standards, and I noticed some cobwebs and hair throughout the house. The dishes weren't clean either, so I had to wash them before I could use them. On a brighter note, my overall stay was enjoyable! Luis, the host, was incredibly accommodating and always ready to help with anything we needed. He was such a kind and pleasant person!

We had a wonderful stay. We were a family of 6 including 4 adults, a teenager and a toddler under two. Daniel’s place was gorgeous, gated, squeaky clean and even had a crib and high chair which was a dream for travelling with a toddler. Check in and outs were super easy and Daniel was super responsive to any questions or concerns. We let him know the toaster wasn’t working properly and a new one was on our doorstep by the time we arrived at the end of the same day. The pool was right outside the back door and we used it almost every day. It was super close to the local market and a great restaurant just down the road. Don’t pass this one up if you’re staying in the Belmopan area.

My family had a great stay at Bonnie’s place! It was in a good location, just minutes from the main street of Placencia. We really enjoyed going to the Beach Club for the day and the kids had a blast in the pool! The house was well-equipped with pretty much anything we could need. Bonnie was extremely responsive when the A/C had a snafu that we were able to troubleshoot. We had a great meal down the road in Signe Bight at Vern’s Kitchen as well as several spots in Placencia (finished off with Tutti Frutti of course). There is construction on the house next door which is a little unsightly but it was not loud and didn’t bother us at all. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend the Salty Bliss!

Peace. That’s the feeling I had when I arrived here. In fact, I got emotional when we pulled up because the whole property took my breath away. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Catherine was so kind and such a pleasure to communicate with.

Kelvin’s place is simply lovely - she is an extraordinarily communicative host who goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and connected to all of local amenities. We loved her well appointed and conveniently located place. Close to Secret Beach - highly recommend!

Blue Hicaco was a dream for my family of four. Mary met us at the door with keys and instructions along with recommendations for food and fun activities for the kids. We adventured all day and then spent evenings cooling off at the pool. We loved our time there and definitely recommend the house. It was a little off the beaten path and that was perfect for us!

Karen’s place exceeded our expectations. We do not like to travel to areas that are packed with tourists. Staying at Sittee Point was perfect- the village of Hopkins had everything we needed and the vibe was so peaceful. The home and beach area were perfect for our family’s needs. We had access to everything we needed for a wonderful week in Belize. Karen was very responsive to our questions, the caretaker Brian was very helpful as well, and the boat captain Steven was a treasure. If/when we find ourselves planning a trip to Belize again, we will definitely want to stay at Karen’s place.

Dream Casa is a stunning property, truly a 5 star experience. We felt taken care of from the moment of booking. Excellent communication, the property management team was so helpful from securing us a golf cart to helping us book a snorkeling/boat day. (HIGHLY recommend Krishan’s suggestion of a day excursion with Victor and Dennis… an unforgettably amazing day!) The location simply cannot be beat. As far as we could see, there simply isn’t another property like it in the area. We had a golf cart and drove north several times, but you could easily walk to tons of shops, restaurants, and bars. The house and grounds are just beautiful, so spacious, and definitely has enough room for a pretty large group. We absolutely plan on returning with a larger group in the future.

Our stay at this location was great! The house was clean and the conveniences were many! I will 100% seek this location again on my next trip. The communication between the host and myself was excellent.

We stayed here while visiting family for a few days and the location was perfect. It was very easy to get to the main highway yet a very peaceful location. The morning sunrise were the best and the nice afternoon breeze made the place stay cool through the day. The house is super cute! The deck is huge and really nice to just sit back and relax. Isaiah and Debbie were super responsive. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

Mirko was an extremely helpful host! The place is beautiful and walkable to the start of all of our Sittee River adventures (bioluminescence tour and snorkeling) Having bikes was great to bike into “downtown” Hopkins from the house

We absolutely LOVED staying at this beautiful home. The house is amazing - exactly as pictured and described. The kitchen is so well stocked! But we were barely inside for the entire week. The location is ideal. We were on the beach and in the water! The paddle board and kayaks were so much fun. We brought our own masks and snorkels and had thoroughly enjoyed swimming/snorkeling right from the house. We could walk down the beach to several restaurants. We rode the bikes to other restaurants. We fell in love with Hopkins and cannot wait to come back and we would definitely stay at Kirsty's house for sure! (While we didn't get a chance to meet Kirsty, we really enjoyed meeting Jay! All of the Luxe staff was so helpful /responsive at all times.

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed. Great AC in every room. The views are breathtaking, windows everywhere. With that being said, outside noise is on the loud side. Especially on the weekend being right next to the split. If you are a light sleeper that could be an issue. Stephanie was the BEST! She was extremely helpful with arranging transportation to and from the airport. The meals at the hotel are delicious and at a great price. You can rent a golf cart if needed but we walked almost everywhere on the small island and didn't need one. Really enjoyed the stay and it is a true five star! The pictures don't lie, beautiful place! Would love to stay here again.

Passengers on our flight directed us to the wrong house (Michael has many), but Michael quickly helped get us to the right spot. Terrific location with easy access to everything at a great price.

Carmen's vacation home was perfect for our stay. We were able to accommodate our whole family. We had all the necessary appliances and more to provide a home like experience. Would definetly recommend.

We are a family of 5 and recently stayed at La Vida Belize. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The plunge pool, beach and dock were the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. We enjoyed being in a quieter area and didn’t mind the distance from the main area of Placencia. We rented a car and explored several areas in Belize during our stay. We used the guestbook for tips about the area and places to eat near Maya Beach. The grounds keepers were friendly and kept everything nice for us during our stay. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. During our week stay, some of the activities we were able to do included: snorkling with Captain Jak’s, visit the Bocawina Nation Park & Zip-line Adventure, fishing, a Monkey River tour and visit some Mayan Ruins. We also spent a good amount of time relaxing and reading on the beach or by the pool. We recommend staying here.

Great Airbnb. The place was nice and clean with everything we needed. It is part of a resort-like compound with convenient restaurants and a store a minute walk away.

When we first arrived, we had been in the jungle area of Cayo for several days. San Pedro felt hectic and busy - like the Brooklyn of Belize. But Capt. Robby’s place is magical. It’s just far enough from the hustle and bustle to really slow down and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings and what the island has to offer. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is utilitarian but so comfortable. We slept great every night in the darkened rooms. The rest of the time we were either outside on a boat tour with Thomas (we did two days of fishing and snorkeling, worth the trip alone), walking to the delicious and easy Tropical Escape restaurant, or watching the day unfold on the porch with their lovely dogs frolicking and the Caribbean Sea serving as a stunning backdrop. The family lives upstairs and were gracious and welcoming. There are there if needed, but not intrusive in any way. We plan to come back again and again. Rent a golf cart so you can get around - though you won’t want to leave.

Great host and location for a base camp to explore the mainland activities. Explored the ruins close by and in Guatemala. Waterfalls and great food. Come stay here and have fun

Was nice and clean, family felt at home, overall we were well accommodated. Modern appliances all working optimally. I highly recommend a family or group of 8 persons to feel very welcomed. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful home in a private location. Back porch/veranda was our favorite part of the house. Unique, beautiful decorations inside the house. Short walk to the river where you can wade or tube. No luck with fishing at the river. Must do the ATM cave tour and xunantunich site. Easy 10/15 minute drive to San Ignacio where there are great restaurants. Wonderful part of the country to visit. Feel lucky to have found this gem.
