Holiday rentals with a patio in Bellagio

Very cute and comfortable in such a cute location. All the amenities were great.

The view and place was very nice. Federica also helped us with our luggage which was very nice of her. She was always available when we had any questions.

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Vanessa’s. The Villa was lovely, the art work and sculptures throughout the home contributed to making our stay a very unique experience. We enjoyed hearing the church bells, (my husband thought they were playing Ave Maria)🤔 Location couldn’t be better, less than 5 minutes to the main square, ferry, bus, restaurants. Vanessa and Emma, who greet you personally on arrival were so friendly and helpful, we really appreciated the early check-in time as we were exhausted after a long and early flight arrival. Getting to Argegno was so much easier than I expected we caught the ferry from Como & used our C/Card to tap on and off once on the boat, saved us joining the huge line at the ticket office! When you get off the ferry turn right and walk along the waterfront towards the church. The highlight for us was Argegno and the Greenway del Lago Di Como walk. We returned by ferry from Tremezzo. We have no hesitation in recommending staying at Villa Emma😊

We had an amazing experience staying at Jenny’s place from the moment we walked in until the time we left. She was welcoming leaving us a bottle of Proseco and snacks. Thanks Jenny! Her place is exactly as seen and stated and we found it to be very comfortable. Jenny communicated with us, all things that were necessary to make our Como stay as easy as possible, even arranging our transfer at the early hours in the morning. My family and I really appreciated her efforts . Thanks again.

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

This was our first time visiting Lake Como and we could not be happier with our stay at Andrea’s place! The views from the apartment are amazing and the area has lots to do/see. It is about a 20 minute walk down to the Varenna area and there is a night bus that will pick you up from the Varenna train station if you don’t want to hike back up the hill (which is free!). The host was very accommodating for check-in and check-out. He offered to even drive us from the train station and gave us local recommendations for restaurants. You will not be disappointed booking here!!

Claudia and Alessandro are excellent hosts, very helpful and kind 😊 The apartment is great, spacious, clean and comfortable. The view is fantastic. The bus stop, shop and restaurant are a few minutes away from the apartment. You can easily get to Bar Milano by night bus or via the Via per Perledo footpath.

The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view the absolute highlight. The premises are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

The accommodation was incredibly good! The equipment was particularly above average. The house corresponded to our ideas and the pictures. The driveway to the house was really very steep, so you should be careful which cars you arrive with. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. Very friendly and quick feedback. We would come back.

My siblings and I, + our significant others, traveled to Italy for the first time together for our cousins wedding in Florence. We decided to find a place to relax after the busy wedding festivities and always wanted to visit Lake Como. When I saw this listing I knew it would be the perfect place for us. Oh, how right I was!!! Villa Nella could not have been a more perfect stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking (even from the bathrooms)! We truly felt so at peace and so comfortable in this home. It is so conveniently located to everything, and we had the best time exploring the town of Varenna and all of the beauty it has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors on the front balcony and the side yard! The weather for us was PERFECT. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were very spacious. They also had a packet of all of their recommendations for dining out, shopping, sightseeing, etc. that was very helpful. We can’t wait to come back again soon! ❤️

Alberto was very welcoming and kind. The clean house with the magnificent view of the lake and its very beautiful and perfectly maintained garden! Absolute calm! Alberto offered us a bottle of prosecco, a bottle of water and some appetizers. Thank you very much, we really enjoyed it! Private parking is a big plus, as finding a parking space is practically impossible. Super comfortable bedding! The only downside: the bathroom is very small.

We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio! The place was cozy and clean. Our host, Elisabetta, was incredibly helpful and friendly—she gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Great apartment above Menaggio. The view from the terrace of Lake Como and the mountains is fantastic. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped and is located in a very quiet environment. The center of Menaggio is within walking distance, and there are good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Georgia Louise responded immediately to inquiries and was very helpful. This place is highly recommended!

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

The apartment was as it appeared in the pictures and clean. The host was very friendly, helpful and caring. It was an authentic, romantic and enjoyable stay. The house had everything we needed. There is a parking space nearby (I recommend the cemetery parking space, it is both empty, not in the middle of the street, free, and very close to the house). It was definitely worth the money, I recommend it.

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Where do we start? Magda, Enrico and their son are truly 5 star hosts. Their home is steps away from the town of Menaggio making it super convenient for my wife and 2 year old daughter. The views from the outdoor patio are amazing. The home had everything we needed for our daughter (crib, changing table set up, high chair). They are unbelievable hosts who were attentive and answered any questions we had throughout our 3 night stay almost instantly. We would stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you for the incredible stay!

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

I must say this place is one of the Airbnbs makes you regret if you book only a couple of days. With a stunning view in every part of the house, this place has so much charm to show what the local life in Como is like. Only a one minute away from the bus stop, it couldn't be more easier to access from/to Bellagio, Como and many other spots along the lake. Our another unique highlight was a swimming in the lido which requires a bit of hike back (don't recommend for who has knee issue) and having dinner around the lido. We didn't want to leave this place.

I stayed here while visiting Lake Como and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The place was beautiful, super comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Everything was smooth and easy, and it really felt like a little escape. Would 100% recommend.
