Wonderful stay! The apartment was just as described: very clean, and in a central location within walking distance to everything. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Kevin was super responsive and flexible, even letting us check out later. Highly recommended!

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

Everything in the house is designed with precision and attention to detail, 1 minute's walk from the center of Cattolica with all amenities and restaurants/beaches. I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

We were very satisfied with the apartment and especially the location of the apartment. 5 minutes from the beach, free parking nearby, otherwise few minutes away parking for 2 euros a day. The apartment is located to the main street with great food options, but still a little private because it is located in a kind of backyard. Alessandro was easily accessible and was able to give good recommendations, check in and check out totally easy with code. Everything you need for your vacation. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi signal is weak because you share it and you can't operate several household appliances at the same time (e.g. washing machine and stove).

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We were in good hands with Frederica. The apartment was sparkling clean and the location was excellent. We slept very well and felt completely comfortable. Particularly helpful was the folder with all the important information and recommendations for restaurants. These little details made our stay even more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

Definitely a positive experience. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. A little gem. Everything is very well cared for, from the furniture to the equipment to the terrace. Quiet area, very close to the sea. Pedestrian area not far away. Attilio is a very helpful and friendly person.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!
