Matteo was very helpful with us. The apartment is practically on the sea, very close to many areas that we had to visit. We had a great time!

We loved our stay here. Very thoughtful and accommodating host - this is the home she grew up in and her care for it and our stay was clear. The home has a family vibe and is in the middle of beautiful Emiglia-Romagna farmland. Our daughters especially enjoyed the patio chairs on the lawn and the cherry tree that was full of fruit. This was great value for money and Catia was very accommodating of our large group. We highly recommend!

it was great staying at Paola's house, the photos don't do it justice! Spacious and extremely clean, it was ideal for my family. Paola is an excellent host, caring but never intrusive. She made our stay unforgettable! Highly recommended!!

I can highly recommend this studio if you are staying some days in Cesena. It is very central and it is nice and everything is there in the flat for you to feel at home. The host is very helpful and responds immediately.

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!

Great place to stay, we needed to walk up to the 2nd floor with a stroller. But couldn’t be helped. The place was lovely, great outdoor balcony that gets lots of shade with a big tree. It was a really comfortable stay.

There’s not much to say. The place is cozy and comfortable. It’s located I guess near a central street where you could take a relaxing evening promenade, enjoying the warm lighting. To visit a beach you can reach Marina di Ravenna by bus in 40 minutes. The apartment has anything you might need. Angelika was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. She gave us pointers about restaurants and events. It’s been a pleasure to meet her. We’d stay here again without a doubt.

Tommaso is a very welcoming and helpful person. He recommended a great place to dine with a breathtaking view. We had a great time, a delightful, well-kept apartment, right in the heart of the historic center. A place of peace and nature all around, where you can relax from the daily routine. Beautiful experience, we will be back. Highly recommended❤️

We had a fantastic stay in Riccione. It’s a beautiful town with friendly people, great shopping and fantastic Italian food (as always!) The apartment had everything we needed and felt like a home-from-home. It’s a great location for walking to the beach or into the town for evenings at the local bars and restaurants. Leda is a wonderful host, very helpful, sharing local knowledge and helping us secure a transfer back to the airport. We can’t wait to visit again!

I found hospitality and helpfulness towards us. Wonderful breakfast. Anyone who has to go to those towns should go to Ilaria's, we had a great time.

We came back for the second year in a row because we had a great time and I must say that our expectations were not disappointed! The apartment is small, but offers everything, everything you need and is very clean. The gentlemen are kind, friendly and helpful. Their garden full of flowers is really nice and in the surroundings (150 square meters) there are a lot of services: bakery, takeaway pizzeria, a pharmacy, a small Conad, etc. super positive experience and we hope to return 😍

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Exceptional welcome, attentive team, very warm and attentive. Direct access to the private beach from the residence,apartment as described, clean with balcony and sea view from almost all apartments. I recommend, a very good value for money for a family stay.

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
