Katia e Luca sono persone splendide, host super disponibili e gentili, precisi nelle indicazioni. È stato un piacere soggiornare nel loro appartamento, in cui vi era tutto il necessario per passare un ottima vacanza! I consigli degli host su dove mangiare e cosa vedere nella zona sono stati da noi molto apprezzati. Zona ottima, letteralmente a due passi dal lungomare. Sicuramente torneremo

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto! L’appartamento era pulitissimo, ben arredato e corrispondeva esattamente alle foto. La posizione è ottima, vicina a mezzi pubblici, ristoranti e attrazioni principali. Il check-in è stato semplice e l’host è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale, pronto a rispondere a ogni domanda. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e non vediamo l’ora di tornare. Consigliatissimo!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung war sehr funktionell und schön eingerichtet. Viel Platz auf der Terrasse und auf dem Balkon. Die Lage war perfekt, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Sehr viele nette Lokale in der Umgebung, und eine tolle Pizzeria im Haus. Wir kommen sicher wieder…

Die Kontaktaufnahme vor Ort hat hervorragend funktioniert, Francesco hat uns selbst die Wohnung gezeigt und alles wichtige erklärt. Zudem war er immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter und ein MiniMarket für den täglichen Bedarf ist direkt vor der Haustür. Es war von unserer Seite her ein absolut gelungener Urlaub.

Beautiful condo conveniently located near restaurants, grocers and shopping. Stefania was incredibly helpful and suggestive to our requests and needs. We love this place!!

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Wir waren mit 3 Männern am 05.09.24 zum MotoGP angereist. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, Marcella hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt. Alles was der Mensch so braucht war in guten Zustand vorhanden. Vom Balkon blickt man auf Strand und Meer. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Rennstrecke ist 2 Km entfernt. Am 10.09.24 sind wir abgereist , Schlüssel auf den Tisch und fertig.

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Linda, e il suo appartamento, sono la soluzione ideale per chi vuole stare bene a Cesenatico. Linda è una persona gentile, pratica ed estremamente affabile. Ama lo spazio che offre e questo si vede da ogni dettaglio. L’appartamento è perfetto: ultimo piano di una palazzina fronte mare, con balcone su tutto il perimetro. È nuovo, luminosissimo e fornito di tutto. La posizione, anche grazie al traghettino elettrico che attraversa il Porto Canale, è a breve distanza dal centro e dalla spiaggia Levante. Noi eravamo in quattro e siamo stati benissimo. Grazie Linda!

Patrizia e Andrea ci hanno accolto al nostro arrivo dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie e rendendosi disponibili in caso di bisogno. La casa è confortevole ed accogliente. Le descrizioni rispecchiano la realtà. Giusto un feedback (legato da un gusto personale) il letto della camera matrimoniale è un po’ molle. In generale consigliato.

Un gioiello. Al centro di tutto sul lungomare di Rimini con anche il posto auto. Beh che cosa volere di meglio. Appartamento comodo per una famiglia di tre persone con tutti i confort. Probabilmente nei periodi di alta stagione si rischia di essere un po’ troppo centrali però c’è tutto e ripeto con il posto auto a disposizione davanti al caffè Pascucci e attaccato al parco Fellini in sostanza dietro al lungomare. Il prezzo in questo periodo vale davvero “il biglietto” del viaggio. Molto bello ci ritorneremo (probabilmente evitando l’alta stagione ma per un gusto nostro)

I am very pleased to have found Nomastay Srl's apartment which is a real gem. The outstanding feature is the terrace providing a large outdoor space with pleasant views of the street in one direction, and towards the coast in the other. A great place to relax with an aperitivo after a day of sightseeing. Inside, the flat is well equipped with plenty of storage space, a good TV and WiFi. I really liked having a dish washer. The location is really close to the beach and only short walk to the station and the older part of the town. The street itself is very quiet. The Normastay team are highly professional and really well organised. They provide a brilliant video to demonstrate how to access the flat and use the equipment. The team was always on hand to answer any questions. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Sono stata nell' appartamento di Sabrina una settimana con mia figlia. l' appuntamento è piccolissima ma ben organizzata, è dotata di tutti i confort per concederti di passare qualche giorno di relax. Ogni settore era ben fornita, ad esempio i condimenti in cucina, detersivo per la lavastoviglie,detergenti e per il bagno ecc. Ho molto gradito anche la presenza della macchina del caffè. L' appuntamento si trova a metà tra Misano e Cattolica faccilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi o bici. Sabrina e suo marito sono stati dei host molto disponibili e comprensibili. Il giorno del check in la mia macchina a metta strada ha avuto un avaria e ho dovuto portarla in officina. Ho proseguito il viaggio in treno fino a Cesena. A Cesena poi Sabrina e suo marito si sono offerti di darmi un passaggio fino a Misano. Sono stati gentilissimi ad aiutarmi con informazioni e il passaggio.

Очень гостеприимный хозяин квартиры, мы были приятно удивлены , нам приготовили бутылку холодного Prosecco. Мы провели незабываемые дни в квартире Andrea. Квартира с шикарной верандой, на которой можно проводить время в любую погоду. В квартире есть всё необходимое для проживания . Мы насладились тишиной!
