Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

Beautiful cottage, very well equipped and decorated. Both the interior and exterior spaces are spacious and well thought out. Impeccable cleanliness. Nestled in a green setting, an extremely quiet and peaceful place. Excellent starting point for visiting the region (by motorbike, it's pure joy). We had a wonderful stay with friends, we will be back!

This is a real dream place. The house has absolutely everything to spend an amazing break by the lake. Nicolas is an incredible host and was very attentive to any minor detail that we needed. We left today and we are already looking forward to coming back. Thanks for everything.

We had a great stay at Corinne and Pierre-Philippe's. The accommodation is great, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the view. We had very good advice on activities to do and restaurants. The young Vaïa is adorable, the center of attention. We'll be happy to go back!

The location of the accommodation was ideal for getting to the starting point of the Annecy trail. I highly recommend this place!

The stay in the castle was something very special for our whole family (6 adults, 3 children aged 4, 6 and 11)! The atmosphere is particularly elegant, the view is awesome, plenty of good amenities and the surroundings are gigantic! We enjoyed the garden with the different seating areas, played a lot of table tennis and hiked from the house, spent a wonderful afternoon at the lake directly in Bonneville, appreciated shopping in the village (especially the Fromagerie) and were from there in Chamonix (cogwheel railway: fantastic - gondola on the Aguille du Midi and hike from the middle station: breathtaking!) and in the "horseshoe valley" with the many waterfalls: highly recommended! An unforgettable stay in a real corner of paradise. The house is so well located, you don't believe it, you think you're on a private beach, just beautiful (and very quiet!) We return home, rested, refreshed, thank you to Dominique for hosting us.

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the Annecy animation festival. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location easy to find (20 min from the city center), quiet and beautiful. Our stay was absolutely incredible — everything we could have dreamed of and more! The house is perfect for a family with kids. Ours LOVED all the legos and toys, and the pool was a perfect afternoon hangout in the 85 degree temps. Many a spritz was had on the patio while watching the kids swim. ☺️ The views are breathtaking and provided so much peace and relaxation to our stay. The house is in a great, private location but would have been tricky to experience the surrounding areas without a rental car. Overall I would highly recommend this house and will likely dream about visiting again for years to come.

The accommodation is very well located, quiet, in Prémanon. There is a small convenience store nearby for some shopping. You can also take many walks from the village. Anne-Marie was very welcoming and our stay went very well.
