This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

Maison rénovée de 48 m2 totalement indépendante. Agréable à vivre, tout y est pour se sentir chez soi. ne vous embarrassez pas... linges de lit et serviettes tout est prevue. La mezzanine est mensardee. Elle comporte de belles poutres. Nous avons mis un detecteur mais il faudra faire attention a votre tete. Le site se compose d'une île d'environ 5000m², entourée d'eau, sur laquelle se situe une ancienne maison d'éclusier de 1837, totalement réaménagée, très lumineuse et confortable. Idéal pour une expérience de déconnexion totale, dans un écrin de verdure, tout en confort et en poésie. Possibilité d'utiliser les canoës (un canoé 2 places et un canoé 1 place) et des vélos.

Suivant ma disponibilité, je me ferais un plaisir de vous faire visiter notre distillerie.

The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
