Holiday rentals with a patio in Belmont Shore, Long Beach

Had a great stay! Extremely clean and stocked with everything you would need from coffee to even a gifted a bottle of wine. Highly recommend to stay here. We will be back for sure.

Overall, I had a good stay. I like the security of the building, it’s also centrally located. The Garage was definitely a plus because parking in Long Beach can be very difficult. It was big enough to fit my Tesla model X so it was a decent size. The space looks like the photos. I had a little trouble with the cable, but I was able to watch Netflix so it worked out. I just wish it was pet friendly.

The location was great and friendly neighbors. I will be recommending to others.

The place is in a great spot. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. If you’re a super early sleeper there’s some noise from the nearby restaurants and bars. But they really quiet down at a reasonable time. We had no issues. The parking spot as we understood it won’t fit a full size suv width wise. There should be street parking. But double check with the host of you have a big car. The bed was a bit soft for me but every one prefers different mattresses. Great host. Very responsive.

Great experience, felt very at home. It was really nice to have someone at the front desk to provide an envelope with a key and to know I was in the right place clearly. Walkable to grocery stores Yoga and of course the conference center and beach. I wanted to extend my stay, but the place was already booked!

This place was exquisite! There was a lot of room to spread out and relax and to make ourselves at home. The host and cohost were very welcoming, responsive, and kind. The private garage was a huge bonus for security and convenience. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to make it ours for a week. The view is amazing and peaceful to sit back and sip a coffee in the morning. The street out front can be noisy with people cruising, but the host provides sound machines in every room, and little gift bags of ear plugs and a sleep mask (it looked like one, I didn’t open it as I travel with my own). They thought of everything. If I’m back in Long Beach again I’ll be looking to stay here before anywhere else.

We walked in and it smelled so good and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need , my daughter is a cook and made amazing dishes. The coffee kcups was a big big bonus!! Plenty of towels , blankets and pillows provided. We loved this place in a walkable neighborhood.

My family of 6 had a great time at Clarissa’s place! We felt right at home with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds, outdoor spaces to hang out, beach items to borrow, and more! We had everything we needed close by including groceries, restaurants, and the beach. Highly recommend Pizza x Two nearby. Would recommend & stay again!

Javier’s place was amazing. I was skeptical about doing the whole guest house thing but honestly I couldn’t tell the difference! Will definitely be staying again when I come back to LA.

Laura’s place was amazing! She was very responsive and even let us check in early! A few minutes walk to the beach and to a great affordable pizza place! Wonderful quiet neighborhood and house was extremely clean! Very well decorated and beds were absolutely amazing. So comfy!!! Will definitely be staying here again when we go to Long Beach! Thank you!!!! 😊

Really cute home, all renovated. Comfortable. The AC we used it a little but realized with the ceiling fans and windows we didnt need. Lots of restaurants and coffee areas quick driving. There's a park behind the house. Be ready for looking for parking but its California which its expected. The host is nice and very responsive, A+ Thank you! Highly recommended

Ana Sofi’s place is perfectly located to enjoy Belmont Shore. Just a minute walk to 2nd St and close enough to walk to the beach boardwalk (just three blocks). The kitchen was small but easy to use and we had several home made meals there. The laundry was handily situated at the back of the property and we loved the tumble dryer. Much better than ones you get in Australia. The weather was great for winter and we had a lovely stay.

Chuck is a wonderful host. Our family was able to gather and get ready for my daughter’s wedding in this beautiful home. I highly recommend Chuck and his wonderful home.

Derek’s beach house was so beautiful and such a relaxing environment. It felt like my family had our own private beach. And he was a very polite and professional down to earth host. The house was very clean and comfortable I wish I could leave a 10 star rating!!! Thank you again Derek for a wonderful experience for me and my family. The beachfront view is worth every penny!!!

This home was perfect for our siblings gathering. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, walking paths, pool and so much more. The house was very nice, comfortable beds, a garage to park the car, bicycles, swim items for the beach, well stocked kitchen, adorable back yard area and well as the front yard, great places to sit and relax in. The owners thought of everything. I would highly recommend this lovely home to all that visit the Long Beach area. The owners were very kind and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

The place was great, next to everything that a city like Long Beach can offer. The place was clean a tidy and decorated very well. Would stay again.

PHENOMENAL! My stay exceeded all expectations in this musical time capsule. This smart home had exciting & inviting energy. My daughter and I felt right at home with all the wonderful amenities. A large plush bed, fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking/baking needs, washer & dryer in condo, comfortable couches, but I'd have to say our favorite was the 360 view from rooftop pool. Relaxing in the hot tub at night and enjoying the panoramic skyline of the city was breathtaking. Peter's quick responses and solutions to all my questions was a huge plus. I think the only minor drawback was the parking garage being across the street, but its a short 2-5 minute walk. I recommend this lovely location to anyone and would most definitely stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Great place to stay, very clean and spacious comfortable beds. quiet too.there were 3 of us and it was great that we had our own bathrooms. We didn't have a car so used Ubers, there isn't much around walking distance as it's a residential area. there is parking if you have a car. very easy to get to west LA from there. very good value.

The only thing that would be better is later checkout. June Gloom in LA makes an afternoon the best time to be in or near a pool, and it is sooooo lovely up on the roof. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, tv worked well and the couch was comfy to hang out on,too!

Booked Maggie's place a couple days before a quick weekend trip to Long Beach and enjoyed my stay there. The unit was immaculate and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The parking is a huge plus!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!
