An exceptional house. Alessandra and family kept the space with the old attributes and that makes the house charming. We felt at home! In addition, the location is great!! Throughout the entire time, both Alessandra and her daughter were very helpful. We needed to arrive at night and they were super flexible with check-in and check-out times! Everything was perfect! We loved the experience!

Very good stay. We stayed only one night to go to a game at the MRV Arena and the front of the house overlooks the Arena, very close, we went and came back on foot. Safe place, the house served us perfectly, has everything you need to spend quiet days and is very comfortable. Ana attended to us very well and gave clear instructions for check-in, making it easy and always being ready to help and assist in whatever way possible. I recommend and intend to return!

Super cozy apartment, with a super nice private area, very well located building, with accessibility and 2 parking spaces very close to the elevator. Adriene was very friendly and always responded to me quickly, answering my questions and helping me with what I needed in the apartment. I definitely want to come back!

It has the necessary utensils for meals, everything clean and organized! The location is another favorable point as it is close to restaurants, shops, shopping malls and the center. The space, although small, is well optimized, bringing a lot of comfort. The location is excellent. The host has served us very well. In short, the cost-benefit is excellent. A single point of attention, which is not a demerit, but worth mentioning: the access to the garage is very narrow, and an average sedan can have a lot of difficulty, especially to get out (or may not even get it).

The Studio is excellent, everything is new and tasteful. The social, work and leisure spaces are perfect. Check-in was flexible and the building is very safe and beautiful.

I never quite understood the reason… but today I see that all this has led me to your apartment! From the first contact, Laura was super cordial and gave me all the information very carefully. Near the reservation date, she remained attentive, guiding me in every detail. And then the big day came: my dreamed rehearsal! Upon arriving at the apartment, I was pleased to find everything exactly as in the pictures — and even better. The space had everything I needed, and a little more. The only bad part was having to leave! I already felt at home… and no doubt I will come back many more times. I will be forever grateful!
