Close to stylish, revitalized downtown Rockford with terrific restaurants, night life, shops, and galleries. Upper unit in vintage 4 family with long term tenants below and I live in the other upper. Absolutely no parties. Only registered guests. No smoking inside or outside on the property. Violation results in $500 cleaning fee/poor review

This is a very unique place. Great location near down town and amazing river views from the spacios kitchen. Completely remodeled, new bathroom and kitchen, flooring and plenty of light. Located on the second floor of our historic 9 unit building, where we offer unique short term rentals, you will enjoy the open space, quite location and great amenities. Gym and laundry facilities in the basement and a co-working space across the parking lot. Enjoy the proximity to downtown and Hospitals

Cozy private suite in the lower level. Guests have the suite to themselves. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the suite. In a bind we can accommodate a 3rd guest and a pet. Welcome.

Alex is very helpful and supportive. The house is very spacious, and worth every penny. I had some minor issues with one of the bathrooms, but it was fixed right away as Alex has sent the technicians in less than 2 hours. Also, if one thing that is special about Alex and his wife Maria is their generosity, something that you don’t find it easily in some hosts. I literally didn’t need to get any towel, paper towels, cleaning supplies and soaps. The house was very well equipped. The neighborhood is very safe, and there is a golf and tennis court nearby. I like the stay, I am looking to book again in Aug.
