The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Bembridge, with its harbour, iconic life-boat station and windmill, provides a beautiful base from which to explore all the island has to offer.

The village has a real sense of community with a village hall for events, a butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Bembridge RNLI Lifeboat reinforces the respect the village has for its history.

Clara Cottage is the perfect holiday home for up to 6 guests. St Helen's Beach is a few minute's walk away, the Duver nearby is a beautiful nature reserve with bird life and sand dunes. The village green opposite has a huge grassy area plus a children's play park. The village shop and post office sells everything that you could need . There is a pub on the green and a restaurant. Any time of year, you will find that this is an idyllic location. You are welcome to bring a dog with you.

Guest pad over 2 floors with separate entrance off of main hallway. Ground floor is lovely room with underfloor heating,fully equipped kitchen, sofa, dining table and chairs, piano and wall mounted tv. We are a short walk(10-15mins)from passenger ferry, hovercraft and beach and town centre which has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.
