This renovated cottage is located in a green garden in the hills of Limburg. Relax on the wooden porch or the terrace (with Jacuzzi) and enjoy the view of green landscapes and horses. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

In 2019, we completely renovated a part of our monumental farmhouse into a beautiful farmhouse; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies has all the comforts. So you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various homemade products. Due to its location, Hoeve de Bies is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. So you can shop, and experience culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking routes to explore the Heuvelland.

Comfortable apartment, located in an old farmhouse, equipped with all modern comforts. Located in the village of Vilt, easily accessible (bus is 3 min. walking distance), against the flank of the Cauberg, at the edge of the forest. Explore - on foot or by bike - the Geuldal, the hills, the bustling Valkenburg (less than a kilometer away), Maastricht with its brown pubs and unique historic city center or take a day trip to nearby Aachen or Liège. Enjoy and relax!

Comfortable and quiet overnight stay in heuvelland

Luxurious, tastefully furnished suites with unobstructed views over the hills. Bedroom with 2-person Swiss Sense box springs. Bathroom (bath and/or walk-in shower). Kitchenette with coffee/tea facilities, air fryer/oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. All suites have a private terrace or balcony. In summer, there is a barbecue outside by the terraces. Buitenplaats Welsdael is a unique base for hiking and cycling trips on the plateau of Margraten near Maastricht.

Atmospheric home in historic center

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,70 each a night.

Een tweekamer appartement op een schitterende locatie aan het Pieterpad in het heuvelland tussen Valkenburg en Maastricht. Het tarief inclusief toeristenbelasting en schoonmaakkosten. Je verblijft in het souterrain van onze woning. Het gastenverblijf bestaat uit een royale slaapkamer met badkamer en een woonkamer met keukentje. De fietsen stal je veilig in huis. Op verzoek (en wanneer wij aanwezig zijn) kunnen we ontbijt verzorgen voor € 10,- pp.

This apartment surrounded by meadows is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city center, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc are accessible from this location by public transport. An excellent spot for both a relaxing and business stay!
