The 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house in the quiet village of Jalovec under the Western Tatras. It is an ideal starting point for the touristically attractive Western Tatras from Jalovecká or Bobrovecká dolina. Near the village of Jalovec, there is a shepherd's hut Pastierska, where you can buy traditional cheese products during the tourist season and spend time in a beautiful environment overlooking Liptovský Mikuláš and the panorama of the Low Tatras. The center of Liptovský Mikuláš is only 8-9 minutes away by car.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of the city, right next to the Hrádocký Arboretum. Groceries are about a minute's walk away. You can get to the train and bus station in about 7 minutes. The apartment is an excellent starting point for hiking, whether you choose the High or Low Tatras. There are many cycling trails nearby. Wellness can be found in Liptovský Ján, water attractions in Tatralandia in Liptovský Trnovec. You can get a taste of local history by visiting Hrádocký hrad castle and the Museum of Liptov Village in Pribylina

Beautiful views and a lot of sports activities await you (bicycle path directly behind the apartment building, water area and pump track for jumping). The center is 15 minutes away on foot. The apartment is sunny, with an area of 56 m2. It consists of a living room, bedroom, study with access to the balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The apartment's furnishings and all the equipment are as good as new. Ideal for couples, individuals, visitors and tourists, families, friends.

It's surrounded by the peaks of the beautiful High Tatras, Low Tatras, Western Tatras, lakes and rivers. It's a perfect location for your (un)planned trips around. There is a lot to do :) Hiking, cycling, swimming, exploring the nature and attractions around. If you are not a "sport person" there is also beautiful historic castle just a few steps away from the apartment. We have Netflix too :)

Our apartment is a great option for families, friends or couples looking for a place to relax and have an active outdoor vacation in privacy.

Serenity studio: with Sauna & Jacuzzi

Studio is ideal for 2 people with private entrance. It is tiny but very cosy. It has small terrace at the entrance, own gazebo with charcoal barbecue, seating and dinning outdoor area. It is in a complex of another 2 apartments. You can reserve the time for Sauna and jacuzzi and use it in privacy. The usual times to book are: 17:00-18:30 18:45-20:15 20:30-22:00 From 10pm to 6am there is a quiet time indoors and outdoors. Please respect it. We do not allow any laud parties or celebrations.

The apartment offers comfortable accommodation for 2 to 3 people with a view of the Low Tatras. The apartment includes a separate kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet, hallway. There are parking spaces in front of the apartment building. The apartment is located near the center of Liptovský Mikuláš, from where it is close to the Western and Low Tatras, a short trip to Demänovská dolina with the ski resort Jasná. Nearby you will also find the aquaparks Tatralandia and Bešeňová.

There’s a wood burning fireplace in the living room and Netflix for when you just want to relax. Kids will certainly enjoy playing with many toys and board games or XBOX ONE. The property is fenced in so kids can run around while you enjoy outdoor fireplace or barbecue.
