Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

It consists of 4 apartments of which 1 apartment is occupied by the managers. Villa, with large terraces overlooking the sea , has 3 bedrooms all en suite, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, pantry, garage, etc. Outside, has a private pool, which is perfect for families, and a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a grass surface. Included in the price is the heated swimming pool from March to June, September to October inclusive. On other dates pool heating available on request (extra cost). The Quinta Avalon is located in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches that the Algarve has to offer, near the traditional village of Porches, between Portimão and Albufeira, in a picturesque landscape. However, if you have problems with the presence of dogs and cats, we would rather advise you against booking our Quinta, as all our animals are free to roam our entire premises.
