Monthly Rentals in Benedict Canyon

This place was everything an Airbnb should be. I was in constant contact with the host who always checked on me to make sure i was okay. Extremely clean. Felt very safe behind the gate of the home. The projector was amazing with tons and tons of options on the firestick. Easy to order food and amazon packages. I would stay here again any day. I was honestly sad to leave after my month was up. I will always remember this cute little place as a staple that contributed to my settling in LA! THEE perfect place!!

Lovely, peaceful, and cozy! It was the perfect place to unwind after being around hectic LA all day. Graham was also super helpful with anything we might need and checked up on us via chat a few times. I felt well cared for!! He also helped us unlock the door when I had difficulty with the lock. Lovely home and wonderful host!!

Great stay, apartment was clean and comfortable. The key for the main door was very tricky and it took some time to enter the building......every time. It would be nice to have barstools or an extra chair for those who don't believe in eating on the couch or standing. Location was convenient and having the park across the street was a bonus.

Stayed there for a few months and everything was perfect just as described. The location is literally unbeatable so many nice restaurants and cool things to do. Jason was very nice, accommodating and responsive. I will definitely be back!
