We were well received, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. The loft complies with the listing description, and tastefully decorated, clean , and presenting the necessary equipment. The location is ideal, close to other cities ( 20 minutes to 35 minutes). Lydie and Jesse meet the lowest expectations of us . We will come back!

Excellent stay in a quiet environment. The house was perfect, tastefully decorated in the cocooning style and very functional. The wooden terrace and very well equipped, allowed us to enjoy meals outside. It is not excluded that you are making a new getaway in Capbreton. The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

Nicolas and Prisca were very, very nice! Although our arrival time was so late, you came to show us the house and everything else. The house is fabulous. A huge garden with great seating. The hot tub was very clean and provided relaxation on rainy days. The beds were comfortable, kitchen equipment was everything available, bathrooms tip top clean. We felt very, very comfortable and were able to spend a super relaxing holiday with 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. We highly recommend the place and would book again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

We had a great time at Jean Robert's place. The apartment was well arranged, convenient, clean. We enjoyed our interaction. We already knew the Basque country, we'll be back with pleasure.

This is a great house in a very quiet/peaceful part of Hossegor/Capbreton. The pool area is great and the house feels really modern. Baptiste is a very responsive host. The fusball table was a real hit with the kids and adults and there are lots of things to do to keep everyone entertained. Baptiste left some drinks for us on arrival and general showed use around the house so we felt at home. The only thing others should be aware of (mentioned previously) is the stairs are quite challenging for small children. All in all we really liked the house, its proximity to the main area in Hossegor and the peaceful surroundings.

Very cozy accommodation, as shown in the pictures and description, with just enough and necessary to spend a few days. The terrace is great, it's where we've spent the most time. Right on the beach, in a very quiet area. Close to the canal where you can take a quiet walk and enjoy beautiful views, and 20 minutes from the shopping area and supermarket. In addition, we have communicated with Martine, a very nice and very attentive woman, attentive to any questions we may have. He has provided us with exquisite attention. Highly recommended, we had a great time.

We had a great few days at Olivier’s apartment. He and Alexis were very helpful and gave us lots of good information and answered my queries very promptly. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard .The views of the beach and forest are amazing,it’s a very peaceful space to relax.

The accommodation offered by François is great. Access to the beach (10 meters) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. I recommend it!

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were greeted by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available, which is a real plus for getting around the city.
