We've had a spectacular week. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and complete. It is very well equipped that makes you feel at home. It's really to be recommended. Luckily this week we passed it didn't get so hot and with the fans it offers, it's very good! Thank you very much for everything Surely we will repeat again.

This is the second time I’m visiting with friends. Rosa is a great host, the home is an interior gem both indoors and outdoors. The view is insanely beautiful and the environment super calm. We had an amazing weekend, I highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay at Jose's place. We were kindly welcomed in a beautiful house with everything. Clean beds and a lovely pool. The house is a 10-minute walk from the beach and the cozy village. We had a wonderful vacation, thank you Jose!

The house is super good,to go with children the best choice. They are a great family, dogs and cats included😉

Exceptional house, with terrace and amazing views of the town of Oropesa. Infinity pool of sufficient size and 220cm deep. The house lacks nothing, is in a state of excellent cleanliness and with quality equipment (air conditioning, wifi, 2 flat screens, relaxing armchairs, cleaning products on arrival). Sally and her son Javi were very attentive and incredibly available. A gem quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the Oropesa resorts.

The host Carmen is a great, helpful , nice host who is available with her daughter at any time. We spent three great weeks with our 5 children, which will surely be remembered for a long time. The large well-stocked cottage of Carmen and Peniscola with its great medieval fortress and its beach promenade will always instruct us to come back.

The house is great, just what's needed for a beach house. Raul is super nice and attentive. We felt right at home, and we will repeat whenever we go to Burriana (it was already the second time)

Peace of mind and soul - this describes best the whole package of experience we had at the amazing chalette and the 7 star hospitality of David. The first best thing of course was the chalette. You have everything you need to feel at home in the house - space, cleanliness, little details, full equiped kitchen. The garden is full of different trees and staying at the terrace you can relax by just BE there. At night you can feel the sea and sleep "like a baby" ! The beach was the second best thing in our vacation - clean , thin sand and very wide. David was really responsive and helped us with everything we needed. There are two bikes available, which was great as we didn't come by car. The cycling roads are perfect and we managed to see everything. The children room is very nice and cozy, there is a room for kids to play, toys. The garden is spacious, there is kids corner and kids section in the pool.The sea doesnt get deep in the water as you enter. We will come back for sure! :)

Very nice chalet and great help by the host.A little quiet in the area for our group (7 lads) but would be ideal for a family or a different group looking for a quieter time . Overall though very good.

Sonia was a great host and the house was spectacular. We had a very relaxing time with family and friends. We would highly recommend the house.

I had a lovely stay at Laura’s place. The house is exactly as described and the areas around Xilxes have many great things to explore. It was very peaceful and the communication with Laura was perfect. The house has an amazing ocean view and you could even hear the waves at night as it’s located directly on the beach front. The kitchen had everything you need and the WiFi was working good, also for working remotely. It was still cold somedays in April but the heating worked good. Laura gave many tips about things to do in the area. I can warmly recommend a stay at Lauras house to anyone! Thanks for the relaxing holiday.

We’ve travelled all over the world staying at AirBnB and this is the best place we’ve ever rented. It truly felt like staying at a friends’ place. Even though we didn’t get to meet the hosts, their hospitality showed throughout the property. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooftop terrace was an enchanting place to hang out. The kitchen had everything needed and more, and everything was in working order. Thank you, we hope to return one day!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alejandro’s beach house. The perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Right across from the beach and a close walk to the little village. With Valencia about 30 minutes away for day trips. Alejandro made us feel at home and even brought us oranges from his mother’s garden. Fantastic.

A nice and quiet place to rest and spend time with the family, the beach is next door with a nice walk.

Everything was perfect. Juan Carlos was very attentive and quick with everything. The house is incredible, spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a good location. I recommend it 100%

A townhouse with an ideal location to enjoy mountain scenery and natural beach at the same time as close to the beautiful town of Peñíscola. It is a narrow but comfortable townhouse to spend a few days on a wonderful vacation with your family or friends. We have good memories of this weekend in this town. We were delighted by the accommodation and its spectacular view from all the windows of the sea. The terrace is splendid and direct access from the gate to the sea a real plus especially with our children seeking morning swimming. The place is peaceful and very well located for several beautiful beaches on foot. Our host is extremely kind and makes himself available upon request. He makes himself very discreet and wants us to feel at home. We can only thank him for his kindness and hospitality.
