Masía La Molinera (VT-45931-CS) is a renovated traditional country house. It is located in the area known as Les Crevades in the municipality of Les Useres, L'Alcalaten region, at an altitude of 320 above sea level surrounded by countryside with olive, almond and carob trees. It is accessed via a paved rural road at Km 1.5 of the CV 170. Its location in the middle of the strip of the Province of Castellón between the coast and the Maestrazgo makes it an ideal place.

La Casa de Piedra, a window to paradise

The Stone House is built sustainably with stone and wood over an ancient "era". It has three rooms, two of them connected by a small staircase. Enjoy wonderful views of the mountains under the freshness of a lush vine and a small pool of fresh water (not available in winter). The house is decorated with paintings, antique furniture and special objects. And all this in Matet, a small village within the Natural Park of the Serra d'Espadà in Castellón.

This unique house is built on one of the most iconic attractions of Peniscola, El Bufador, which means "the blower", a geological curiosity composed of a natural tunnel dug into the rock of the old town and in which the waters of the Mediterranean flow, causing a continuous marine symphony and sometimes high water spurts on stormy days. It's a joy to sit next to it, listen to the sea with a drink and a beautiful view from the furnished rooftop.

Nice house in a rural village

The Replaceta house is the house where I grew up. It was an old grocery store and tavern, the only one that existed in the small town of 300 inhabitants where the house is located. It is a house with history and has been rehabilitated with a lot of love and effort trying to maintain the charm of the town houses in the area. The ground floor is fully accessible for people with mobility problems, it has no architectural barriers.

The house consists of two floors with four bedrooms. Outside we have a porch ideal for starting the day with a good breakfast. Bathing area with swimming pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas. It also has a covered BBQ area. Large parking area and only 20 minutes from the beach.
