Very nice, extremely quiet, and it’s very quick to make it very DARK for sleeping in. It is a detached guest house with quick adjusting electric “fireplace” . It is a wonderfully Comfortable bed and couch. Can heartily recommend this stay. Thank you.

I hate to tell people how fabulous this place is because I want it available for our future trips! The location can’t be beat and the unit is tidy, clean, and fully stocked. The private patio is peaceful and beautiful. We slept very well. We will be back soon!

My husband and I stayed here while celebrating Father’s Day and had a wonderful experience. We spent the day in San Francisco enjoying a lively festival, and it was a real treat to return to this beautiful, peaceful studio apartment. The view was stunning, and the outdoor space was private and perfect for relaxing. It truly felt like a hidden gem. We had an outstanding time and would return whenever we’re in the area!

Attended a graduation at Cal Maritime but wanted to stay in Benecia with all the cute shops and restaurants. the house was perfect. as a gardner, I loved the front garden and spending time in the backyard which was quiet and has privacy from the neighbors. Even you are looking for a workout, throw on your walking shoes and walk down Safeway, or better yet, to town. The instructions Stef sent were easy to follow and even appreciated the beers in the fridge! on our next adventure down will definitely stay here.
