Cozy apartment with garden between the coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe. The studio was completely renovated in 2022 and now our guests also have a beautiful eat-in kitchen with dining area and couch at their disposal. A Mediterranean covered terrace with garden and BBQ with Gas completes the whole thing. It is about a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach. A tennis court with sports facilities such as paddle tennis, yoga and Pilates is in the immediate vicinity.

Pivate pool, BBQ and sauna are only for the use of the guests of the apartment. Another half of villa will be empty or occupied by the owner (Valentina). Your privacy is guaranteed. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
