I liked the place honestly just wish it was more throughly cleaned, and there were sugar ants as well on the table where I had my make and sprays, and there was hair in the shower and the toilets weren’t very clean. Other than that the place was nice and I loved the aesthetics and easy access. It was also very close to everything. The security was nice and everything was good I felt safe.

Me sorprendió bastante el lugar en temas de servicios y alrededores. El apartamento brindaba cosas que no creía que iba a brindar por el hecho de ser un AirBnB, pero se sentía como un hotel. La ubicación era muy buena y el precio de este apartamento hace que sea mejor. Sin embargo, lo que más me sorprendió fue la vista—creo que la vista es una de las mejores de la zona, ya que no solo pude ver la ciudad, sus colores de noche y las fiestas que pasaban, sino que por el día también llegaba a ver el mar y sus colores distintivos. Uno creería que por estar al lado de los clubes mas importantes de Cancún, el lugar seria ruidoso, pero la verdad nosotros casi ni escuchábamos la música a menos que abríamos la puerta hacia el balcón. Muy buen lugar!

I celebrated my 40th birthday here with 12 of my closest friends and had a blast. The tennis court was a lot of fun, the pool hit the spot on those hot days. I was able to hire a chef a couple times and there was enough space and amenities to host these meals. Maria and Fernando were very attentive and would help us with anything we needed. The only thing that did not match the description is that there is no Nespresso machine . Otherwise, the stat was perfect!

We had an amazing couple of nights stay here. Host communicated with us very well. The location is great close to all the cenotes in the area and also not too far from the nearest town for restaurants. The rooms were great with plenty of space and comfortable beds. The place is so peaceful with a nice refreshing pool to use after a long day. It’s best to let the host know when you are arriving so she can meet you at the main road to open the road entrance gate. You’re made to feel right at home here. Would highly recommend and would visit again.

Sou brasileiro, quarto muito bom, seguro, tem chuveiro, banheiro e ar condicionado. Muito bem localizado no bairro, tem farmacia, loja de frutas e shopping ao lado e ponto de tuc tuc. O senhor Francisco pessoa boa, recebeu e tratou a gente com muita educação e respeito. Muito obrigado Sr. Francisco amamos ter ficado ai.
