The place is incredible, the location is great since it is very close to: Ferry, Hotel area, restaurant area, bars and clubs (coco bongo). It's close to a bus stop that runs throughout the hotel area. In general, I highly recommend Ofelia. She's a great host. Visit the studio, as the place won't disappoint you.

We really liked the place, it is very clean and a very good location always in busy streets 10 min walking to Fifth Avenue. The accommodation gave us everything in the description and they were always very attentive with excellent communication. Thank you very much!

We stayed at Ele’s bnb for 10 days in June and we were so glad we picked this bnb. The unit is at such a perfect location and the Sotavento building/complex is great. We normally hang out at Garrafon de Castillo and have always wanted to stay at Sotavento. Finally booked a unit and it was well worth it. The grounds are immaculate, pool was perfect, the parking was convenient in front and down in the parking garage. The views are unbelievable and after staying at multiple units and hotels on the island we will most definitely book this unit again. Several food and convenience store options with in walking distance. The whole building unit is right off the road but the fence and layout of the building was able to mask the keep the vehicle noise down. The gate at the front entrance and the underground parking garage made the place feel very secure. There’s a bathroom down the staircase to the garage and very convenient if you’re out in the pool or hanging outside of the bnb. Great bnb!

Jose was extremely responsive to any hiccups we had. Overall the stay was great, it was perfect for my family. Quiet and peaceful and the Tao Community is just beautiful! Can't wait to go back!

Very comfortable apartment and nice.

The apartment is very good, well decorated, new and clean. The bed is very large and comfortable, the shower is very good. The staff is very good!! We felt very comfortable and safe. In addition, we went with a baby and they put a crib with sheets in very good condition and we did not have to pay extra. We were surprised that the bathroom has a nice curtain instead of a door, but you can't see anything, it's very well designed. For those who CANNOT climb stairs, I do not recommend it because you have to climb stairs. We stayed on the first level, so we only had to climb a single flight of stairs, which is very wide. In other words, even though we had to carry the baby's stroller and suitcases up the stairs, we would stay there again.

We stayed for 6 days and the place was really nice, the hosts were really helpful ! I really enjoyed staying there, the only inconvenient was that the road was not a paved one so it’s a bit of a wild ride but if you’re well prepared it’s not too bad. Also there was some constructions around and it would get noisy sometimes, especially in the morning. The negative points are more the surroundings than the airbnb itself, the place was overall great !

The Amada has a special charm. The apartment is even better than in the photos: well decorated, comfortable, with an ideal terrace to relax and a perfect barbecue for those of us who enjoy cooking on the fire. The sunsets from the fifth-floor pool are incomparable: direct view of the marina and its boats, spectacular! The beach club is very close, it is comfortable, with a good restaurant and reasonable prices. The store in the building is useful for the basics (although it closes early). The beach was pristine, with no sargassum, and the marina pier is a beautiful promenade. Alexa was a great host: she sent us clear instructions before we arrived and immediately resolved the small situations that arose. We had an excellent stay with my wife and son. Everything flowed harmoniously. Highly recommended!

Amazing condo. I’ve stayed at A-BNB all over the world and this was by far the best. The place is gorgeous. Amazing location within the complex. Fully operational kitchen. Even little touches like soap, shampoo, etc made it that nicer. Michelle is a wonderful host and we have already booked again with her. Cannot give this whole experience enough stars!!!!

Amazing! I would definitely come back! If your idea is to be comfortable, I chose this place. It's incredibly beautiful, clean, modern. It has a cochera. Everything is close by, it's all at your fingertips. And the area is very quiet and safe. EXCELLENT PLACE

Such a beautiful view and great location just outside of the Centro. I loved this stay so much and the pool area is amazing. The beach is also a beauty and feels very private and comfortable with lawn chairs and all. It being at walking distance from the Isla Mujeres Ferry (Ultramar) is definitely a PLUS!!!!!!

I loved this place and will definitely stay here again when back in Cozumel! Great space with everything you could need including a large jug of purified water. Great location walking distance to downtown and ample street parking if you rent a vehicle. Very cozy space, quiet area. Truly loved it!
