Once the apartment is booked, you must send your IDs to access the residential complex. New and better located in Cancun. In front of us is the new Plaza de Puerto Cancún where you can find excellent recreational options. We are right in front of the Renaissance Hotel and about 4 blocks from the SLS Hotel if you like a delicious breakfast or taking a taxi to another place. The location and beautiful views are our greatest attributes.

Relax in this unique and peaceful getaway. First-class apartment, unbeatable access, loft type for 3 people, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, with ocean views and a pool just 10 minutes from the airport and Plaza la Isla. It has a restaurant , convenience store, private beach with palapas, kitchenette, spacious bathroom, Wi-Fi service, A/C. It has everything you need to enjoy an incredible vacation with your companions.

Resort Style Beach Front 2 Bedroom Penthouse

You just really can’t beat the views from the 7th floor that also features a nice size balcony on the 1st floor and then a smaller balcony off the upstairs bedroom. Look a long ways up and down the beaches even seeing the pumping lights, but fortunately not the sounds, from the party area around Coco Bongo. Out the kitchen window you’ll have a great view of the sunsets which overlooks the lagoon.

Very spacious house and great location in downtown Cancun. It has 2 parking spaces on the property, and there is public transport just outside the house. Spectacular house with marina

My stay at Jose’s place was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been more ideal it’s just a one minute walk from a beautiful marina side mall with a fantastic food market and a great selection of restaurants. Enjoying meals with views overlooking the water was a definite highlight. One of the most unique features was the direct marina access, you can rent a jet ski or even charter a private yacht right from the backyard. It really added an extra level of luxury and convenience to the experience. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Jose was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our visit. His easygoing communication and willingness to accommodate made the experience completely stress-free. For the quality, comfort, and unbeatable location, the price was great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in future.

The Sak-Nah house is the perfect place to spend a few days in Puerto Morelos. There are five apartments, each with something that makes it special. They're really good, steps down the beach. The best part of all is Laura and Sergio, the owners, perfect hosts who know the Riviera Maya very well and who are at all times trying to make your stay perfect. Ours was. Just a perfect stay, we would definitly go back if we ever come back to Puerto Morelos. Wich we wish to do.

Lovely apartment with a pool

Its a nice cheap Apartment. You have a shop nearby for food and drinks, you can take easy the bus to the beach, center or whereever you are planing to go. Riksah's are driving arround witch can take you to a bigger supermarket. The communication with the host was as excellent as the service we got. Thanks Adan Caleb & Omar.
