My experience was simply perfect! From the first contact, Nilce was extremely receptive and attentive, always ready to help with sympathy and cordiality. We were very well received, which made all the difference in my stay. The house is impeccable — clean, organized and with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. Every detail shows care and affection, which makes us feel at home from the first moment. The location is also excellent for sightseeing and the environment is quiet and safe. I recommend it with my eyes closed and, of course, I would stay here again without thinking twice. A wonderful experience from start to finish

Sidnei was very friendly and had a lot of patience to help us find a solution for my mother who has trouble going up and down stairs. The house was very clean and organized and the garden was impeccable.

For personal reasons, we ended up not spending the night at the house, just a few hours. The place is quiet, the house is spacious, simple, clean, comfortable. The street seems quiet, with several cars parked there. It faces a village on the hill in front, which may bother some. Julice was super attentive, as was her son, who received us while she was traveling.

Kely has been very attentive since the confirmation of my reservation. City Council has sent recommendations and has always been available in the chat. The apartment is like the photos and very clean. Great space for a couple. Township for night comfort, I noticed that the bed has a level of firmness that may be a matter of individual preference, and for those with specific preferences, considering taking your own pillows can be interesting. The surroundings and the region do not have many options to do, but it is a great location for those who go to the vineyard script by Serra Gaúcha. Kely also recommended the car service to us as Uber does not work in the city and the cellular signal is bad for DDDs in other states. I recommend the apartment and the host.

From the first contact with Willian, it was always very fluid. Our trip was for work and it was very cold in Bento Gonçalves. The apartment was well heated and the bed allowed us a great night's sleep. We felt that everything was cleaned and organized with great affection and care to welcome us. On new visits to Bento, we will try to book with William again.

The AP is great, exactly as in the description, it has even a washing machine. Impeccable, comfortable and safe equipment and cleaning. The courtyard of the condominium is beautiful, full of small trails, which can be harvested fruits and tempeiros, our little puppy strolls there. And the Series is a wonderful person, full of attention and affection with us. I adore and whenever I return to Serra Gaúcha I will try to stay in this AP.
