Beautiful room with kitchen, large enclosed terrace and open balcony with views of the Baltic Sea. A very nice location in the old town of Sassnitz. As the day rises very early in summer, a curtain falling down to the bottom in the kitchen corner would be a good idea. The room smelled a little like tobacco when we came home every day. I think it was the neighbors who did not respect the smoking ban. After aeration, it was better. Another refreshing idea would be to change the carpet. But all this did not hinder the great pleasure of spending a few days at Villa Maria!

Communication with the host Silke was flawless. Everything was explained to us in detail before arrival. The apartment was in very good condition and we had a very great stay. If we come back to Wolgast, then only to this apartment :)

The apartment is well furnished and is just on the beach promenade. An underground parking space and beach chair are included. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. There was everything you could need. The surroundings were also great, you could reach all the shops on foot. Great restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity. The only drawback was the parking lot, which was unfortunately very small and cramped. Other residents standing right next to it made it difficult to get in and out or to retrieve your luggage. Another lady was also unable to park her SUV and ultimately swerved onto the road. Thank you for the time! :)

Everything is fine. Convenient check-in. The apartment is clean, although the shower tray could be a little more clean. The location is rather strictly residential but easy access to the center so it was not a drama. For such a price, very adequate conditions.

The email and phone contact with Anke was very friendly and uncomplicated although we booked quite last minute. There was no trouble checking in or out. Anke contacted me immediately when I couldn't make the reservation. We were on Usedom for the first time and explored the island on foot, by train and car. In 6 days, however, we could only get an overview. We enjoyed the delicious fish several times and also tasted the delicious sand towns/tarts. The apartment is really very stylishly furnished. The number of dishes really surprised us. It is so sustainable if you are not constantly because dishes are missing, the dishwasher has to run. The sunroom was our favorite room, the first tea/coffee in the morning and the wine in the evening with the unique view was the most delicious. Dear Susann, We were very happy to be guests in the old schoolhouse - thank you for the beautiful accommodation to enjoy a wonderful winter week with lots of birdsong and waves on the doorstep. We brought firewood with us. In the kitchen we found everything we needed for extensive cooking on vacation and otherwise we lacked nothing in the apartment. Fantastic place to unwind - we'll be back! We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment right on the water! The private beach access with the beach chairs was a real highlight - pure relaxation. The apartment is lovingly furnished, you have to orient yourself a bit because of the ceiling height, but after a day or two you know exactly where to watch out. The kitchen was super equipped, we lacked nothing. The contact with the hosts was warm and uncomplicated – you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The Lauterbach harbor with small restaurants is within walking distance, and those who like to walk can also relax and walk to Putbus. The parking facilities directly at the property are great. We liked it so much that we immediately asked for next year - that says it all 😊

We had a great family time with seven adults and two toddlers. We really appreciated the good equipment of the kitchen and also the big grill in the garden, especially since we all like to cook. The beds were very comfortable and the house is also very child-friendly with toys and plenty of space. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

Robert is such an amazing man! With all issues within our trip, Robert was a blessing to have as a host! His responses were quick and understanding and everything was very easy, it was such a relief. I wish everyone was as nice and compassionate, especially of a host, as he is. As well as the house being amazing! Everything was as described, super clean and with everything available one could think of! We are amazed and extremely grateful! We can only recommend it to everyone!

The stay with Michael kept everything that was promised. The accommodation is located in a quiet and beautiful area, where you can especially enjoy nature. Michael was also always available to answer our questions and responded quickly and reliably. We had a nice time and were 12 people on site

We had a few relaxing days in the accommodation of Uwe & Birte. The cozy cottage is idyllically located in the countryside, surrounded by forest and fields. The Bodden is also just a few minutes' walk away. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired - everything you need is there. Particularly practical: There were free bicycles available, with which we could explore the surroundings wonderfully. If you have any questions, Uwe was quick to reach and very helpful.

We felt very comfortable and had a really great host with Susanne. Our dog especially liked it! :) Iven is as quiet as you imagine, but you can take a few nice trips by car. The accommodation and especially the garden made us feel at home very quickly. Thank you!

The property matched the description accurately. We were three families—six adults and four children—and the apartment, spread across two floors, offered ample space for everyone. We arrived in three cars and found plenty of public parking available directly in front of the apartment. Additionally, the host kindly offered the option to park within the property if needed. The host was accommodating and flexible, allowing for an early check-in. The beach is within walking distance, and there are several restaurants and grocery stores conveniently located nearby.

We were very happy with the place. Above all, the garden, the hobby room and the sauna were a highlight. Small repairs would be recommended (leaky faucet in the kitchen). Thank you!

I felt completely comfortable! Accommodation was small but nice. I didn't miss anything and that doesn't happen often, especially in kitchens. Both beaches can be reached quickly, on site and in the area a lot can be explored and hiked. The supermarket was quick to reach the corner. The contact with the staff was very friendly, detailed and accommodating. I highly recommend to stay! Thanks so much :)

Andrea is a relaxed and friendly hostess! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quick to reach and had many good tips for excursions in the nearby area. The apartment was very clean! It offers enough space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, because there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND a bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast on it or to end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

A great, relaxing stay, the apartment perfectly and tastefully furnished, Michael always quickly reachable. The apartment is super centrally located to the train station, city center, supermarket. The only slight limitation for us was the mattress, a bit too soft for us, but the bed linen was light and cuddly, especially in summer. Overall a top address, highly recommended!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.
