Monthly Rentals in Bercy, Paris

Pierre is an incredibly nice and thoughtful Airbnb host. I felt very comfortable in his place and even find that the room (considering the value for money) exceeded my expectations. Incidentally, the room was equipped with everything essentials, so you don't actually have to worry about anything. The only minor downside may be that the walls are a little thin. However, the quiet hours are observed, so that this did not represent a real problem. The accommodation is therefore only recommended! And thank you, Pierre!

The flat is nicely illuminated and with modern furniture. Despite being close to the Bercy and Lyon train station there was virtually no noise. There wasn't neither any noise from the neighbors which were very friendly. The place is extremely well communicated with the the Subway lines 14 and 6 almost nextdoor. Also very close to the Bercy Seine Bus terminal and the Bercy and Lyon train stations. Also, the Paris City University Campus close to National Library is in walking distance

I tend to like in staying in less tourist focused areas on the outskirts of places I visit, and Danielle's unit definitely was that while still providing an easy way to get into paris via the metro. Getting into the building the first time took a bit of effort but the provided instructions were very comprehensive. Lots of good north african / middle eastern food in the area too! Overall, it was a great place to base my trip to Paris out of.

Perfect location. Fast access to the center by Metro and RER. 5000 steps walk to Notre Dame by Sena alley. Close to Bercy park where you could take a break, find very good restaurants and entertainments. Close to Jardins des plants, access by walk. Excellent bakery Eric Kayser in proximity. Weekends are very calm and silent in this part of the neighborhood.
