At the top of the hill overlooking Skarvarna is this state-of-the-art mountain lodge completed June 2022 with sun all day. The location is optimal for those who seek variety and want to go to different places during their stay as it is about 20 minutes to both Bruksvallarna and Fjällnäs. There are mountain biking trails below the area towards Funäsdalen/Bruksvallarna. It is about 30 minutes (2.5 km) to walk to Funäsdalens Centrum. Charge the electric car by the house, cook in the new kitchen and enjoy with a view of the mountains.

No pets or smoking allowed in cottage.

You can walk to the nearest hiking trail but it is also possible to take the car to discover several. You can find several under 10 minutes drive. The cottage is bright in Scandinavian style and open feeling with ceiling height up to low. If you choose to spend your holiday here you will get peace and close to hiking trails. Cleaning is included in the rental.

Cottage beautifully located on former farmstead. Beautiful and quiet location about 4 mil southwest of Östersund. Here is close to the mountains, forest areas and the Great Sea. The farm is 600 meters away from the village center with Ica shop, pastry shop, pizzeria, petrol station, health center and more. The house is next to the house we live in and is surrounded by a large lawn on a growing yard plot where you have access to your own patio.
