The house was built in 2016 with all the amenities such as dishwasher & washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, speakers, drying cabinet, storage & underfloor heating. To further enhance the cozy factor, there is both a fireplace & sauna. 5 beds divided into 2 bedrooms + sofa bed in the living room for 1 additional person. Bedroom 1: Double bed 180 cm Bedroom 2: Family bed, double bed 160 cm bottom + 80 cm top bunk Departure cleaning included. Sheets & towels not included.

Cottage with proximity to everything the village has to offer

Here, you can stay within walking distance to most things. A stone's throw from the cottage is the grocery store, the restaurant (see website for opening hours), the ski slope and the river Ljungan. There is something for everyone in all seasons. Downhill skiing (see the respective facility's website for opening hours), cross-country skiing, fishing and hiking. This 80 sqm apartment is less than 200 m from the Röstberg lift and the cross-country trails go outside the door. In summer, you can take the bike to the bike trails directly from the apartment. 5-10 minutes' walk down to the village. Family beds in the two smaller bedrooms allow you to accommodate up to eight people. Spacious storage for skis etc. and a sauna are also available. Fully equipped. Stor fjällstuga i autentisk jämtländsk fjällmiljö. Ski In/ Ski out i Gräftåvallens skidsystem samt ca 15 minuter till skidsystem i Bydalen och strax över timmen till Åre. I Gräftåvallen huserar Sveriges största skidklubb och i direkt anslutning till stugan finns 45 km preparerade skidspår. I stugan finns allt som behövs för skid- och fjällsemester med stora sällskapsytor, kamin och bastu. Sommartid är det bara att gå direkt upp på fjället och vandra. Du har nära till bad och fisk möjligheter.

Vår mysiga nybyggda fjällstuga ligger på gångavstånd från Klövsjö skidområde och passar lika bra för skidäventyr på vintern som fjällturer och bad på sommaren! Njut av bastu, brasa eller solig altan efter en dag på skidbackarna eller fjället. Klövsjö är utsedd till ”Sveriges vackraste by” och kallas ”Skidåkarnas skidort”. Samma liftkort gäller även Vemdalens fyra skidområden med 35 liftar och 58 nedfarter. Lugnt läge nära skidområdet, restauranger, sportshoppar och en klar badsjö med bryggor.

Welcome to our nice, well-equipped cottage, built in 2022, in Björnrike. The cottage has a nice view of Sonfjället. Here you can relax with family and friends. Proximity to nice slopes, long trails, hikes and two golf courses. To the lift it takes less than 5 minutes by car and about 10-15 minutes to walk. Klövsjö golf club is about 30 minutes away by car. So also to Hede Golf Club. The cottage is located on Mosippevägen/Fågelvägen. The house has a charging box from Zaptec 11Kw.
