Cottage beautifully located on a former farm. Beautiful and quiet location about 40 km southwest of Östersund. Here you are close to the mountains, forest areas and Storsjön. The farm is 600 meters from the village center with an ICA store, pastry shop, gas station, electric car charger, health center and more. At the school, there is a well-equipped playground that can be used during the summer. Kitchen, toilet, shower, sofa and a bed on the lower floor. Other bedrooms upstairs. Private patio.

I Gräftåvallen huserar Sveriges största skidklubb och i direkt anslutning till stugan finns 45 km preparerade skidspår. I stugan finns allt som behövs för skid- och fjällsemester med stora sällskapsytor, kamin och bastu. Sommartid är det bara att gå direkt upp på fjället och vandra. Du har nära till bad och fisk möjligheter.

Två sovrum med totalt fyra bäddar samt extrabädd i soffan. Ca 1 mil till Björnrike resp Vemdalsskalet. Skoterled vid tomtgränsen. Observera att stugan saknar wi-fi. Det finns dock en 4G-router. TV, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, small oven, coffee maker, kettle, induction plate, and fully equipped kitchen. No incoming water, but you can get it in the lake or in the basement of the neighboring house. Stove and access to firewood available. No direct drain but you can pour water into the sink Outhouse/outdoor toilet.
